“i’ve gotten my registration inspection from them 2 times now and they are always super kind! safi the manager has a very friendly and welcoming staff and is always helpful with any questions, great prices and spectacular service!”
“Johnathan was amazing!! He was very friendly and he made sure all the nooks and crannies of my car were dry. Seriously he spent like 15 minutes making sure my car was dried off. I also had this sappy stuff stuck all over my hood and he stayed longer to get it off for me. Thank you Johnathan!!”
“Alan provided excellent customer service. One of the better car washes. Michelle at the front desk is very lovely, I could see why people stay at this car wash. Would highly recommend.”
“I went to whitewater express car wash today, March 9, 2026, i had a great experience. Israel was awesome he helped me with towels no matter how many I needed, as I was leaving he gave me a great smelling hanging bumble bee. Thank you so much Israel for being so nice!!!”
“I want to give a big thank you to Lucas and Natalie for the amazing hospitality and customer service. I wasn’t planning on getting a membership today, but Natalie took the time to help me and make everything easy for me. Lucas was also very helpful and professional. I’ve noticed a lot of improvement at this location, and the team is doing a great job creating a welcoming experience. Great job to the whole team!”
“Great experience at Ocean Express Car Wash! The staff was friendly and helpful, the process was quick and convenient, and my car came out looking clean and shiny. The facility was well maintained, and the service was efficient from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Great service great guy great prices I will definitely be back! First time here and it was nothing but good vibes. Left my car looking brand new and shining! 10/10”
“Exterior car wash came out clean and shiny, for some reason my car stayed cleaner and dust free for longer compared to other car washes in the area, also has drying clothes available to use while vacuum cleaning, definitely worth my while to drive the extra 5 minutes.......”
“Had excellent experience especially with their employee Jacob
That's the reason I keep coming back
And ended up getting 2 monthly subscriptions
Awesome worker. Can't say enough about him.
Excellent customer service which is rare to see nowadays. Thanks for your hard work jacob”

“Polite workers, they stay busy even when it’s a hot day. The wash does a good job on our vehicles and they have strong vacuums and plenty of wash cloths for detailing afterward. This is our usual car wash spot, especially in love bug season.”
“The service here today was great! Kerah explained everything so well and then on top of that, she wiped my truck down after the wash. She even cleaned my wheels better than they have ever been cleaned. Very impressed with the staff and facility, especially Kerah!”
“If I could rate Dull's Detail more than five stars, I absolutely would.
I don't usually write reviews, but after experiencing Kyle's work, I knew I had to share. My car had a serious issue, and I was worried it couldn't be cleaned or that the smell would linger. Kyle exceeded all expectations. He kept me updated throughout the entire detailing process, making it completely stress-free. When I picked up my car, I was amazed—it looked brand new. Kyle's expertise and the incredible work he did on my car are truly unmatched. I highly recommend Dull's Detail to anyone in need of top-notch car detailing.
Thank you once again, Kyle!”
“This is where I take mine and my wife's vehicle for all of our oil changes. I love visiting with Charles when I have time. Allen is a great young man as well! Best spot in Katy.”
“What can I say about Bucee's... I feel like home every time I'm there, their Jerky is the boom!! You must walk the whole thing to see amazing interesting items!”
“Amazing service super clean and super organized, stays moving and never busy! Gabriel was super nice and respectful, he was very helpful and helped me throughout!”
“Juan replied in no time! They were able to provide their services same day! Quick & efficient & super clean! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be using their services again!!”
“I came in today for a state inspection. The Area Manager, Steven, spoke to me about everything that needed to be done to my car and said I needed to have my transmission fluid, transmission gasket, and cabin air filters replaced immediately. I expressed to him that I couldn’t afford the original price of $415. Steven was very knowledgeable and professional about his craft and experience as a mechanic, and he was very kind and generous enough to cut the price down by half the original! I greatly appreciated his willingness to help me with my situation, and I think he does an exceptional job of servicing others! I enjoyed the conversation I had with him about his experience as a mechanic of 34 years, and that he was willing to help me because the kind of transmission I have for my Honda Accord is very hard to find, and would be a very costly repair had I not gotten my car serviced by him. If you ever need help with anything that you can’t afford and your options are slim, I’d definitely come here!! Most places I’ve been to charge me much more for the same service, but I’m very thankful that I came here at the right time!! I will be coming back here in the future for any of my car’s needs 😄”
“8/2026 - Time to update again! I saw a bunch of recent negative reviews and was alittle worried when I brought my car in for a wash today but this was actually the most time they have ever spent on my wash and was super thorough! Maybe they are trying extra hard due to those reviews but they did a great job and we had no issues! Posting an updated price sheet.
11/2023 - I saw my initial review was from 9 years ago! We still come here for all of our car washes. We ever brought a 19 year old car that we were about sell and they made it look great (as good as it can get 😂). They have a lot of employees working fast and hard. Price has barely gone up in all these years and is great for a hand wash. Posting updated price sheet.
Got my car washed here for the first time and they did an awesome job! They are very thorough and meticulous. It does not go through a machine - they hand wash and dry all of the cars. Fyi starting price is $25. Will be back.”
“Sparkles Auto Detail
Sparkles Auto Detail provides excellent car detailing services with great attention to detail. The team is professional, friendly, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results. My vehicle looked spotless and refreshed after the service. It’s a reliable place for anyone who wants their car to look its absolute best.”
“I have had a membership here for about 4 years and come all the time. Once or twice a week. Service is always great, the vacuums work nicely, staff is always helpful.
I recommend this place”
“They did the most amazing job on our vehicles today I highly suggest using them. Absolutely good service, communication, and pricing. Hands down if you need detailing they did 10 times better than most of the chain places I’ve used in Katy. Excellent attention to detail. Just incredible hard work I’d recommend them for anyone”
“Surprisingly one of the best car washes that I've been to. I've been to several and all the other ones half cleam my car. But this one is great. I've even gotten the $8 basic wash and it cleans very well and my car is spotless. I definitely recommend this car wash if you need to thoroughly clean your vehicle in a hurry.”
“My kids and I loved this store there's something for everyone even our truck!
The new gadget at the pay counter make aense. Cashiers still have help Customers put cash through the automatic money grabber and ring up fountain drinks. Your killing me smalls! Have a great day to employees at CIrcle K (Katy hockey cut off and franz!)”
“I am absolutely pleased and ecstatic after my platinum detailing from Cinco Auto 2. Firstly, with the customer service from Vicky who was so kind over the phone and in person. Made me feel comfortable with putting my car in their hands for a fantastic detailing job. I went on a road trip across the country and then when I got back was at a beach house with my car on the beach. So I haven't had time to clean it since. Additionally, I park in the street where my car gets hit with our sprinklers terribly staining my car that a car wash will not remove the stained dirt water marks. And wow they made sure every speck of sand, dirt, and dirty water marks were gone! It has now been 4 days since I took it to them and it's just like how I picked it up, sparkly and no debris. Will recommend to anyone in need of a deep cleaning in and outside of the car. I can't even imagine what the bigger packages are like. Also, I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for a detail when needed again.”
“These guys rock. I drive my newer GMC 2500 thru often...many times >1 a day. I drive backrooms daily and these guys help ensure my new truck appears clean and tidy...which is a direct representation of how I run my small business.”
