“I came in the store looking to purchase a double stacked 1911 or 2011. The store was about an hour drive but the reviews convinced me that it was worth the drive. I called the store first to make sure they had inventory in stock. The employee that answered the phone was very courteous and I decided to drive to see what they had. I came in the store, and they had every double stacked 1911 and 2011 neatly presented in the counter for me to try before I even got there. I dont know if it was planned or just a coincidence. I spent a good hour trying different models and manufacturers. The staff answered every question and was very knowledgeable and we even got into discussions with the other customers within the store. The purchase was fast and hassle free. In the end, what convinced me to purchase was the awesome rapport and very courteous staff. They truly know their stuff.
