“This is probably the first 5-star review I have ever given. These guys have great prices but more importantly, they go above and beyond any business I have ever dealt with. I had a small problem with online ordering and left a comment about it on the site. The very next morning a great gentleman (I believe his name is Dave) called me up to ask about what happened. He apologized sincerely and waived the shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill. At that point, they had a customer for life and I told him as much. I ended up purchasing one while he answered several of my questions.”

“Nice indoor range, great staff. Had a good time getting practice in and testing out sights and triggers on my rifles.Swung by Saturday night to shoot a new gun, practice with my other handgun and function test a rifle. since the last time I came they have a projector system with I think +20 mini games available on 2 of the handgun lanes its a ton of fun you shoot your own gun and range safe ammo ( or rent one ) and choose a variety of games / stages / themes or even regular style paper targets. Some games are stationary some move left right back and forth, some are score based some are timed, it's not perfect I wish the lights were a little lower or the projector was brighter but it's something different to have fun at a range!Range Price is still the same!!!”

“I called Texian Firearms and Justin answered. I was traveling , so I didn't have a lot of time to talk and the connection was off and on. I had been searching for a Beretta PX4 Storm Compact for a couple of months. Everywhere I went it was out of stock. Justin quickly checked online for it and found what I had been looking for a couple months. He gave me a quick rundown on his thoughts about the gun. I was happy to hear what he said matched what I was looking to get as well. The price was right in line with what the gun typically sells, so he ordered it for me, I was able to pay for it over the phone. He told me to swing by once it arrives to pick it up. “I love the review that Robert Henry left for us that sours the rest of our excellent reviews. Rob, couple of pointers:1. We are mainly a precision rifle store that sells higher end products. Since we do not operate out of a very good neighborhood, we are selective in who we let in the door and have every right to do so being a small business owner. I would recommend that you stop by next time wearing something more than a dirty holy t-shirt. Instead of calling us unprofessional, I would argue that we are protecting our business from suspecting customers. We get notifications every week of break-ins related to FFL holders and take office safety seriously.2. There are two secretary's that work in the office. One works for the other business and the other is shared with our business. They cannot afford day care so they do have their kids with them at work every day. Shame on you for not being sympathetic of low income mothers and being a pr!ck.3. While we do appreciate customers that stop in to kick the tires, I recommend that you call any gun store that you visit before hand especially if you want something specific. That is what I typically do in order to make sure that they have what I need before I show up.4. I appreciate your recommendation to shut us down. This is the one that really gets under my skin. The owners all have day jobs and this is a side job that we are all very passionate about. You are the exact type of customer that I do not want coming in so I am glad that you were turned away. If you would like to have a cordial conversation, I would love to discuss the art of rifle building from an engineering aspect or shooting technique but that may be something that you do not care anything about. So I am going to flip this on you. I am recommending that any and all gun stores turn away Mr. Robert Henry Jr!”

“There was only one person here working at the time when my wife and I came in, though there wasn’t a lot of things, the gentlemen who helped my wife out was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond trying to help her find what she needed! He was very nice and never pushy or rude. They can get you whatever you need if they don’t have it in store and they also do gunsmith work as well if you need that. Overall, even though we didn’t buy anything besides a few patches, we left the store feeling good! Great customer service like that is hard to come by these days unfortunately but this store did its best to make us both feel welcomed!!”

“Great range with friendly, helpful staff and one of the few outdoor ranges in the Houston area that is central and open to the public. I went for the first time recently and was helped by the range officer. They led me into the pro shop where I was checked in and given a wrist band. When the range officer and I walked back toward the pistol range, they explained the rules to me clearly. They informed me that when a cease fire is called, all must stand behind the line with their firearms empty and action open. When the range becomes hot again when the cease fire is over. The range officer was available and offered to answer any questions I may have. Pros: mostly outdoors with the exception of the overhead canopy, much better ventilation and not as loud as indoors, not very crowded, feels like your local hometown range, well stocked shop, friendly staff. Cons: none really.”

“Where do I start? Ben is the man you want to do business with, if your a first time gun buying such as myself, the experience was so amazing, Ben was patient, knowledgeable and articulated the process with purchasing a firearm as well as gun safety. I have been to other gun dealers to find my first firearm and actually walked out due to the fact i felt as though they didnt have time for first time people. Ben told me something that stuck in my head, Never put your finger on the trigger unless you are going to use it, treat every firearm as if its loaded and finally, always point your firearm in a safe direction when handling. This man knows every thing about guns, ammunition, how they work , he took my gun apart to give me a visual.
