This pharmacy just has bad customer service. They don't reach out through text or call if there's an issue. It starts at the top. I've spoken to the manger and you can see how the bad customer service is allowed.

I went to pick up my prescriptions 24hours after the doctor had sent them. It wasn’t ready and they asked me to come back in 30 minutes instead of doing it right there. Said I should’ve called them and unless they can’t prepare them. Dies it make sense? It was just two weeks ago that my doctor had send another prescription and it was ready in 2 hours and I got a few calls until I picked up next day .

I have been here three times, in one day. This wait time is ridiculous, I miss my old location 77084. Never had issues like this. I think I am going to take the drive back and get my medicine there.

Worst customer service I have ever had from a pharmacy. The pharmacist is arrogant and rude. The staff have a horrible attitude and no sympathy. People going to the pharmacy are in need of help and this location makes it worse.

They tell me that I have to run out of prescriptions in order to have the insurance pat for them. I always refilled my prescriptions before I ran out. And they said I could only get one month supply, I always got 3 month supply.

Pharmacy staff is overall courteous and they get backed up when busy so patience is key at times that most of us don't have. :)

They say to wait 20 minutes but I waited more than 40 minutes. Check with them couple of times to make sure it will be ready on time.

I never get notified my prescription is ready. Been over a month and still nothing. Now they tell me my prescription expired 4 days ago. I bet next they will tell me they are out of my prescription. Unbelievable! Don’t go here if you have a serious condition. Your life might depend on it.

Very inefficient employees. They make mistakes all the times. Lot of people have same last name. They are like robots (robots are better) will ask you your name and DOB for verification but they don’t listen to what you say. The lady gave me other person meds. Date Feb 1 2024 between 3:30 and 4:00. In Drive through my wait was 20 mins plus. And they have no politeness, no thank you. My Goodness, such a bad customer service. HEB, Please get good people. Thanks

There is a reason why this HEB pharmacy has such a low rating... I recently transferred my prescription over to HEB since I no longer have medical insurance. That means I have to rely on a third party entity to try and get the best price. While Good RX frequently advertises HEB as having lower prices, I have yet to see this be the case. The first time I went to pick up my medicine, they could not honor the advertised price because they claimed the system was down. I needed it right away so I ended up paying way more. Then just this week, again, I called it in, but they said they couldn't honor it, don't know why...I was just glad at least I got a heads up. When I told the tech not to run the prescription, she then said she could get it for me at a lower price through another site. What they never told me was that it would be a different name brand. I didn't notice it until the next day when I opened the bag. After looking up that medicine and realizing the horrible ratings it had, I ended up transferring my prescription to Kroger. When I tried returning it to HEB that same day, I was told that because my prescription was no longer in their files, they could not accept it.
