As a doordasher it was pretty easy to find everything on the list. The app had every location of the items listed and where to find them with the exception of a couple of the items. It was my first time dashing at HEB and might be my last. What was not good was the $2 tip I got after shopping for over an hour on over 50+ items. And I'm almost over 10k dashes. My reward is $15 off an order using doordash. Smh That's a shifty gift. I may be a doordasher but I don't use doordash or any other delivery app.

Used to be a good store. They did a remodel and reduced the items in the Healthy Food section. Now I have to drive to the River Park store to get the items that were removed from the store on Circle Oak Parkway.

I recently ordered a Ciabatta slider tray and fruit platter for my 35th wedding anniversary party. Everyone commented on how delicious the platters were and the freshness of the fruit. The platters were well prepared and generous in portions. Absolutely will order party trays from you again.

Overall, the store is well stocked and clean. This review will be about my curbside experiences.
Twice, I found worms in my vegetables. I contacted customer service and they were helpful.
This last time, I ordered 20 items and received notification that only 3 were in stock, including a refrigerated time. Because of this, I spent an hour doing the shopping for the items they said were not in stock. Needless to say, everything was in stock. I made my purchase and then went to the curbside to pick up the remainder of the order. They came out with the entire order! The assistance got his manager because he was confused as to why I didn't want the order. The manager came out and was confused but refunded my order. She said that there was a glitch and it happened to other people. I was never notified - she was not apologetic. I told her that I spent the last hour shopping for my items that were not in stock. She refunded me and began to take all of my items back. I said I still needed the 3 items that was said was in stock. I finally got my items.
I contact customer support three times and no one has gotten back to me regarding this matter. If the manager knew there was a glitch, then why weren't the customers contacted or why wasn't there a little more research done?
