“My husband wanted to purchase a tuxedo for our son’s wedding. We had actually visited another Men’s Wearhouse the previous day and received very poor service so we decided to visit a new location. Best decision we could’ve made this location was everything and then some. I first reached out to them by phone and spoke with a lady name Stephanie even on the phone she was warm and personable and inviting and offered lots of details about purchasing a tux and what menswear warehouse had to offer. We immediately went to the store that day, and Stephanie’s knowledge, warmth and desire to help us exceeded our expectations. She gave us information that the other store neglected to give us. She was a source of information with a level of compassion that says I care about you. We will definitely be visiting this location again and just want to say once again thank you Mrs. Stephanie for your help.”
