He was courteous from the start, efficient, well spoken and extremely helpful with my query today. It was, in fact, a massive contrast to my experience at the COACH store in the Domain in Austin which is sadly the one I live by. People like this salesperson should be given accolades and recognized for their gracious and wonderful energy as we need more of this in the world today! We purchased an opened bag and thought it was the last one, but they had found an unopened version after we had left the store and called us to come back to exchange the bag! “Did an in store pick up yesterday and the Hispanic girl that helped us was really friendly and helpful. We walked around while we were waiting for her to put it all together. The store is well stocked and prices are reasonable, their winter pajamas are super cute. Only issue was I am guessing the manager wearing a pink dress. She had a nasty attitude. Aside from that have always loved Old Navy and will continue to visit.”

“Mostly good customer service. The number of nice helpful store reps outnumber the initial grumpy one I came across. Just went there to return something from an online order, so while waiting for a nicer clerk to come to the register I looked around the store a bit. Things looked well organized and there were some nice pieces, but the online offerings seem a little nicer than what I saw in the store. This is definitely a place to go if you're into brand-name items and labels, but since I'm not and looking more for timeless styles and good bargains, this isn't quite the place for me to shop. The prices are discounted quite a bit, but still too pricey for my pocketbook and what they had didn't really look all that impressive to me. I did pick up one item that was super nice and a good deal for a quality, well-made item. When I went to pay and then on the way out I encountered a couple very friendly, helpful workers that made up for the initial grumpy, rude woman that was first at the register.”
