Decent size pet store, seems to cater mainly to dogs and cats. The birds and fish section are kinda small. Prices are just OK.

Very good service, I love the service, I generally order online and pick up in the store, they are quick to put together your order I love that they leave me little notes on the receipts of my orders , I'm not much of a fan of leaving the house to shop, but I like the attention in this location, they usually have the products I need for my kitten✨?⬛??♀️

Logan used to do such a great job on my dog and followed instructions exactly. After she quit we took our dog to Renay and she is so lazy. She doesn't like the usual hair cut as its too much work for her, wanted to charged extra which is no where mentioned on the website that certain blade sizes is extra and even after agreeing to it she did half job. She didn't clean his ears, sanitary area, eyes, his paws and paw pads are a mess, Stay away from Renay

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Grooming employee, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to spare others from similar treatment. Despite being scheduled for an appointment, the staff accused us of arriving late due to a time change, which was completely unfounded. And made us go back with our dog. This incident sheds light on the utter lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by the employees.
I strongly advise against patronizing PetSmart Grooming. The lack of professionalism, coupled with rude and confrontational behavior, creates an environment that is wholly unwelcoming and unpleasant. As consumers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, qualities that were sorely absent during our visit. Save yourself the frustration and seek grooming services elsewhere.

Most of the people are nice and helpful I guess tonight they weren’t there. Waited awhile for help (asked for help had to wait for someone knowledgable). Woman showed up answered a few questions then promptly walked away, I waited a bit longer after asking for someone who maybe was a little less busy. By the time they showed up I started putting things back. Pet supplies plus was cheaper and way more helpful, used to love this petsmart but I won’t be going back no matter how convenient it is.

I had a grooming appointment at 2:00 pm I forgot my shot record for my dog. I said she is up on all shots I forgot them on my desk. I said if you can start on her I’ll run home and bring them right back can’t Pet Smart policy to see before bath. So they said come back at 2:40. I came back and they said can’t take her. I said you told me to come back at 2:40. It’s takes 2 hours and we have other dogs Well that’s my last trip to Pet Smart
