“I was given a wrong mailbox key and I couldn’t find my delivered packages. However, supervisor Steve did an outstanding job by quickly figuring out the issue and hand delivering the correct key after hours on a Saturday. This is an example of going above and beyond for the community. After reading reviews about this post office, I was skeptical about my issue being fixed at all. However, Steve proved to me that we should sometimes put our trust in people without prejudice caused by bad reviews.”
“Issues with reconstruction of mailboxes at my apartment complex, improperly constructed and prevented mail delivery and pickup! Thought my child support check that I put in the outgoing mail was lost? Stopped at this location and spoke with a supervisor and explained the situation. They called me the next day and remedied the situation. Told me they had my letter containing my child support check and it would be sent out this afternoon! Awesome customer service, lifesavers!”
“It is a decent place, but the employees and the managers do not take the public's time into consideration. There is usually a long line to get services from an employee, their automated kiosk is frequently out of service, and their wait times to pick up a undeliverable package is usually long because the bell that can announce to them that you are waiting, I'm still has not been fixed”
“Been here twice and was initially worried due to other reviews. Not sure if they had a change in staffing or others caught them on a bad day but the two times I've been here the staff has been nothing but nice. On the first visit a staff member or manager came out to apologize about the delay and provided information as to what could and couldn't be done through the self serve kiosk for those wanting to get out faster. Second time was to apply for a PO Box and had no issues with that either.”
