The owner and the staff is always helpful.- even taping up my mailers, letting me borrow their stapler and giving advice on the best way to mail my packages. They keep names on a computer which makes it so easy to print out labels to put on packages . The guy and I had a nice conversation (debating if gelatin is animal derived or healthy, lol) while he scanned my return package, even tearing apart a bubble wrap nerves to pad my return item so it’d be safe and sound, then taped up my package, all free of charge. Package got there in a few days and I got a full refund.”

“This location is the best post office in the Upper Kirby neighborhood! (Probably the best in Houston). Each person who works behind the desk is always so patient, helpful, and kind. I often come to this location to ship packages and the customer service is top notch. This location also has a new self-service shipping option as well for those who ship packages with a QR code like me. This makes it easier if there is a line of people waiting or the desk is closed. Even when there is a line at this location, it moves quickly and efficiently. Love this location and appreciate the employees who make the shipping process easier!”

“Wrong location on google maps. The correct location is at the intersection of Stockton Drive and University Blvd - behind the campus police station. Staff was nice. I went to the wrong location as listed on google maps and then called them and they gave me the correct intersection - it was a 1/2 mile walk from there!”
“The lady that works at the post office is wonderfully helpful. She always helps me with any issue I have. I enjoy her small talk that is shared while she does her job. I just dropped a box off with a prepaid QR code. She always makes my post visit easy and quick. Thank you for having such a wonderful worker.”

“Located at street level inside the 2 Houston Center. Open from 10 am-4 pm. Closed for lunch from 12:55 pm-1 pm. If she’s stepped away, there will be a note on the door. Theres only one lady working this post office and she’s great! Always scans and ships my packages quickly. I get the “package scanned for tracking” info minutes after dropping off.”

“I came here today 8/19/2025 to mail a package. Even it is a simple mail, I am truly impressive by the beautiful service from Ms. Riley. She was the only staff at that time. When I walked in, she nicely greeted me and directed me to the right counter. She was assisting a customer to handle a heavy package, showing the customer detailed steps at Self Service booth. Then, she came to the counter to complete my mail. Her smiles, kind communication, quick and efficient service from start to finish are all above and beyond my satisfaction. Additionally, this post office location opens very early at 7:30 am, which is a good convenience. I also completed an online survey to give thanks to this nice experience today.”
“I rather this spot over post offices! I simply needed to mail a letter and decided to come here. I bought a envelope and stamp which cost .65 but I only had my card. The older gentleman told me “next time” but I wanted to pay so I went to the Dollar General to get cash back. I paid them $1 and told them to keep the change. It may not seem like a big deal or a lot of money but it’s the principle. The older gentleman has earned my respect for sure. Please give him a chance and BE NICE!”
“Best post office I've ever been too. John is so friendly and helpful. Only post office I will use going forward. It is a little difficult to find within the building, but if you ask people they will direct you there. It is located by the hair salon in the lower food court level.”

“Personally, I think that the post office workers do a great job. I mean we don’t have to pay for tape, QR code printing, just only packages for 3.14 which is perfect. If you brought your own package it’d be 0 dollars. Great job.”
