Unprofessional employees bad management take me more than 45 minutes to cash one check and they charge me $85 to cash a $5000 check and she told me I’ve been reported from another bank and when I called the other bank, they told me that’s wrong anyway is not the right financial Bank to deal with

Not the same local banking people like before. The good employees have been replaced by smart mouth young people. Management used to take an interest but now it's more like the Walmart of banking. You feel like a complete stranger now doing business with them. I am a 20 year customer and now looking to change.
