Prosperity Bank has nice and friendly staff who are easy to work with and care about their customers. They are helpful and know what they are doing. However, the drive-thru service can be slow, sometimes taking more than 15 minutes for a transaction even with no other customers. For those in a hurry, using the lobby or another branch is suggested. Lobby access may be limited.
I am a regular at this bank drive thru & Esme (Esmerelda) the angel who regularly helps me, is always so polite, professional and very informative, so much so that I feel the entire establishment deserves a 5 star review Thank yall!

Nice and friendly staff. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because, I usually use the drive thru and it takes more than 15min for a transaction. That’s if I’m the only customer in the drive. If you in a hurry go inside or maybe another branch.
