When a customer's preferred hair dye was out of stock, a "really sweet guy" ensured they got what they needed and was very helpful. Even when a customer had to wait for the store to open, the young lady who arrived late was still very helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere in her apology.
Went there today and their employee, Hiba, was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I felt very happy with my experience.

Frank is an amazing employee and deserves a raise or bonus ! No other employees out of all the years of shopping at Sally’s have been so nice helpful. Sure there’s been a few employees help but were not nice or willing. He is a gem !
