Everyone was friendly and greeted me when I arrived. I saw all the negative reviews but maybe they have a new staff? Everyone was nice and helpful though

I ordered trimmers online and paid for it then the order was canceled because the store was out of stock. I called the customer service line and they could not transfer the order to another store that had them in stock near me. Terrible Customer Service!

Based on the reviews I called to confirm they were open. After 40 min of trying someone finally answered. I asked if they were open and she says "who's this". I say a customer. She says I'll open in 15 min. I say ok just making sure because I have a long drive and would hate to get there and it's closed. She says well there's another location 5 min from here. Umm what wow is this how they treat a customer over the phone. Yea I won't be going here. And I will report it. Maybe nothing will happen but it will be reported to corporate.

Went to this location to purchase a product. Upon arrival the door was locked with a handwritten sign indicating “on break until 1:30”. This seems to be very common for this store according to other reviews. However, the only employee at the store left and had a toddler with her. As a business there should be enough staff available to accommodate customers.

This store is closed randomly. There's a sign on the door, that reads back in 20. How is a customer to know when that will be. At least put the actual time you'll arrive back or get one of those clocks signs. However, a business shouldn't be closed during business hours. I watched the employee return, go inside and lock the door back up, while another employee came from the back. Makes no sense, if you have two employees they should take their lunch hour at alternate times.

The black ugly manager of this location is ghetto and unprofessional , I have been coming here for years and never have they closed SALLYS to take a lunch break , that is ghetto and unacceptable she is always disturbed and can never communicate strategically when she communicates as a manger professionalism is very important .

Sign says 10am to open. But again they are late and will not let us in and told us 15 more minutes. Who has 15 minutes to spare. I don't. Especially due to employees are incompetent. This is the society we live in now.

Got here at 10:00am and the store was closed. Waited because life happens and people can run late. The young lady got here and stayed in her car for 5 minutes (10:05am) then opened the door and locked it right behind her. It's now 10:10am and I'm still waiting for her to come back and unlock the door. Maybe the owners should look into hiring more reliable staff for opening. There are now 3 people waiting and the young lady is in no rush to open the door. Once I got inside the young lady was very helpful and even apologized for being late. I changed my review to 4 stars because of her helpfulness and knowledge and sincerity.

Here Saturday May 28th at 2:22 pm. Door is locked with a sign say be back shortly. As here at 1:50pm said same thing. I have watched at least 30 people come up and leave. Bet the owners would be angry to know that money is gone!Great way to manage a store!

how is this location always closed?? Stopped by the past few days at 2pm and 6pm and there's a sign stating that they'll be back?? where are the workers going?

Not so friendly staff! One of the assistant seems slack in personality.I asked only 2 questions regarding a hair color and a ad that was misplaced incorrectly.The assistant was seemly not willing to help.Needless to say I went to another store.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. She had a very bad attitude and tried to provoke an argument.
