Friday, July 11th at approximately 1:12pm ,I Called to get a little information before driving to the location , Whomever answered the phone was laughing for whatever reason, which isn’t an issue but is a little unprofessional in my personal opinion at the end of the call I proceeded to say “ Thank you so much” and was met with a response of “Have a nice day” and then a quick “Thank You” which came off a little like they didn’t want to be bothered, Ma’am whoever you where I’ll be in later to handle my business regardless of how you feel about simply doing a job you applied for and that YOU now are responsible for. A little advice Be careful how you treat people, everyone is not as forgiving , and some ppl may be having a really hard time in life. I know you’re young and have a lot to learn bc an ADULT in any profession with common courtesy for their clients or customers would never behave in such manner.

I had a great experience at this location. This location had no line so I was able to go to the counter right away. The gentlemen was very helpful in my needs with my package. They also were very nice and kind to my dog. They got everything I needed taken care of very promptly with no issues. I would definitely be back to this location in the future due to great customer service, prompt service and a clean location.

This place sucks. I sent the package to League city ( from Richmond Tx ) they said tomorrow. Than tomorrow the driver said need address update. I went to the store update the address than the guy said nothing wrong with the address. And why the driver can find the address. They said ok now is Friday, Monday they will update. Today Tuesday I don’t know where is my package?

Always something when I go up here and the short heavy set lady who works there attitude is horrible. She always got a stank face and always act like she just over it every-time she speak! Why be in customer service if talking to folks make you so miserable. 🙄
