We physically could not travel without this size vehicle. So I booked through the corporate number with this location, and was so flustered with the last minute change that I accidentally booked a 12:00 pickup when I needed one much earlier. The day before, Stacy kept me informed along the way on the status of my vehicle. She was able to have it ready for me earlier so that we could leave on time.
