“What a great shopping experience with Chastang Ford. Met with my salesman Nestor Garcia mid morning and agreed on a vehicle and price. The sales manager Martin Gembe worked a deal that I accepted and I was on my way to driving a new truck. Since the purchase needed the dealership to install tint, bed liner and 5th wheel hitch. Mr. Garcia scheduled all three activities and had me a loner waiting for me. Mr. Garcia has continued to help in any way he can if I call or text with questions or concerns. The buying of the truck and service afterwards has been 5 stars for me. I will plan on purchasing from Mr.Garcia in the future if the need arises. I was not in the dealership all day like previous buying experiences. Mr. Garcia understood my time was just as important and the entire process lasted less than 4 hours. The dealership told me my drive belt was fraying and also recommended two more things. Frankie looked at my car and told me the drive belt was completely fine and only recommended one of the other services at a fraction of the cost than what the dealership quoted me. Go to Frankie and he will take great care of you. Don’t get scammed by the dealerships.”

They have a well curated selection of vehicles, all very cleanly prepped for sale. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. I made an offer on a vehicle using their website, and was immediately contacted the next day with updated detailed photos and videos of the vehicle. We worked out a deal over text message, and I ended up financing through the dealership because they actually had the best rates.”
