If i have to rate a phone store which is zero in everything it will be this store. Angie the store manager, victor, owaisi or ahmed i forgot his name and thr is a another one with curly hair. The store is filled with a bunch of lazy people who don't want to do anything, do some trouble shotting and when they are not able to do they tell you to call 611 and the damn verizon helpline is not 24hrs. I don't know if verizon doesn't train them or they just complacent enough not to work.I went in to to get an upgrade which should have been a very simple process. But victor made it extremally difficult and told me to call 611 nothing new for this store to do it. I wanted to port out due to bad customer service specially ANgie who needs to be fired. But took my chance to visit to another Verizon store which is not a corporate store owner is Russel Cellular. Was able to get an upgrade within 5 min no question asked . The rep made the process so eazy and simple. I was so happy ended up paying off the iphone which i had on the account also, Came back to the store just to show them that they lost the sale . But they were least concerned about it . Angie the worst store manager one can have along with the thr sales rep which I have mentioned. Wanted to an account manager number but was not shared. had to leave the store becoz the conversation became umcomfortable becoz ANGIE the store manager started blaming us for our inabilities. PLEASE CLOSE THE STORE OR WRITE OUTSIDE CALL 611 BECAUSE WE CANNOT HELP YOU

This Verizon store has great customer service and support. Moe is amazing! He helped me with my phone trade-in, watch purchase and set up. He even helped me set up my Disney and NFL promo packages. He's patient and thorough. Thank you!

Mo is the only reason I go to this location. He is the most helpful person at this location. If you need anything always ask for Mo. Because of him I purchased 4 new phones and new lines. He is amazing!

Being of an older generation (I’m 81) plus being hard of hearing, I would like to compliment the service I received on 9 June from Moe at this Verizon store. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering our many questions and explaining the process. A good representative of the Verizon brand!

I wish there was an option to not give them even a single star!They start off very nice if you are there to purchase anything. I got 4 phone lines and soon after started getting calls from randomPeople saying they got calls from me and were calling me back.Turns out I’m not the only one that’s happening to after switching over to VerizonWent back to them they kept making me wait to speak to someone ! After almost an hour they come back and said call the 1800 number it’s not really their problem.Horrible horrible customer service and they can care less about your phone or service related issues once they sell you a phone or plan.

Victor at this location is awful when it comes to customer service. I went in today to purchase a new phone and there were no other customers within the store. When I asked Victor for assistance he encouraged me to purchase everything online. He even stated he could not assist me with adding my first responders discount to my account. I thought this was strange especially since Verizon customer service corporation had anlready informed me the store could assist with this issue. This employee really made me consider leaving Verizon for another company.

Based on my experience with this location, and especially with Moe, I would highly recommend Verizon. I rely on Moe to help with our business mobile and internet needs, and he has been extremely reliable and courteous and the service by Verizon has also been great.

I made an appointment to get a Gizmo 3 watch for my daughter (age 7) and switch my phone from AT&T. My appointment was for 11am. They were not too busy and very attentive. The person I worked with was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The transfer process was easy and she even let me stay in the store while my data transferred. (I did not want to have issues later and have to come back). I was there a good 1.5 hours mostly due to me and not the process. I added an extra device to my plan (Gizmo) and I ended up saving $30/mo over AT&T with way more features and benefits. I will also add that the Gizmo was super easy to set up and we have had no issues. At the end of school the watch battery is at 65%. I originally purchased a Cosmo from Amazon and had nothing but problems. A friend had purchased the Gizmo for her daughter and was very happy. I'm So glad I made the decision to switch to Verizon. No issues with this store.

Very rude, horrible customer service. Racially profiled me from the time I walked through the door. Accused of having a fake ID then said they would get the police to check it. I explained that I work for the federal government and am by no means a criminal, worker basically laughed in my face as if I were incapable. Very disappointed in this location and will not be switching services for me or my family members. 0 stars

Terrible customer service here. I was next door at Starbucks and needed some help with my account. Did not receive any help. No other customers in the store. I’ll stick to store in Rosenberg. I now am seeing all the other reviews.

I should have trusted the reviews before going to this location. Commission first, decent customer service second is the rule that the employees here seem to follow. Save yourself the hassle and stress, choose a different location. Even if you have to get something basic done. These people for some reason are incapable of simple requests and turn it into a commission chase. Attempting to shove new contracts down your throat instead of simply activating a SIM card. They don’t seem to follow Verizon corporate guidelines, it seems like a free for all in there. Absolutely absurd. Trust the bad reviews everyone. Thank me later…

They declined to activate a phone. Said they don’t accept anything promised from Verizon. Horrible service, was asked by security to leave because I asked questions about why don’t they cooperate with Verizon. Horrible service, don’t care about a customer.Even though the phone was order via Verizon and was asked to go to this location.

Verizon customer service is the worst they don't care about your need just your money.I signed up for new service on Saturday and it was jumping through fire hoops. Still struggling to get all features working after a visit and many phone calls.If you can go elsewhere do.

When you look at the different complaints all along these months of unsatisfied customers and the always same answers of the management, you can tell they won’t do anything to fix things as the unhappy people bad experience remains the same ! No need to say sorry if you don’t plan to change and educate your staff who obviously couldn’t care less ! Going to Katy from now on !
