“It seems like every Harbor Freight I have been in has good service and employees. Definitely check Harbor Freight before heading to the other big-brand hardware stores. For example, I went to a big-name hardware store the other day to buy some furniture rollers. The big brand had them for $49.99 apiece. Harbor Freight had the SAME ones for $13.99 apiece; they just were not name brand. Tools are tools, and for the average person, Harbor Freight ones are going to serve their purpose.”

“I needed to get an old key copied. Went to Home Depot and both of their key machines were not able to do it. I had the same problem at Lowes so I headed over to Lake Hardware. They asked how many I needed and then immediately cut the new keys by hand! The 2 keys were cheaper than one key at Lowes. They both worked perfectly!! ? ? ?”

“Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with the quality of some lumber that was delivered. I called to let them know, and it was replaced with a better product the same day. They even sourced the replacement from a different store! Also, their delivery drivers are extremely professional and courteous. Definitely better than the big blue and orange guys.”
