“My dog is very reactive. They opened early and gave my German Shepherd the whole building to explore and acclimate prior to treatment. This was his first visit, we don’t know the staff. They are just that great. 5 starts are not enough.”
“Dr. Brooks is a great vet. He is so careful with all my fur babies. I have a little Teacup chihuahua , Dr Chris and the staff are so sweet and good with all the animals. “We brought our Guinea Pig for a general wellness exam. The staff were amazing with him, and super respectful, going above and beyond what I’ve seen in even most regular doctor’s offices. The Vet was great with both us and our furbaby, handling him with care and then some, while giving us a lot of good info. I look forward to coming back in a year for his next checkup. “My Lil nigglet has multiple tumors, with infection. They were so precise with detailed information on the procedure needed. I was given antibiotics for my pup. Very nice staff,clean and comfy environment. I truly appreciate that they cut her nails. I didn't notice till we were almost home.?? I've gotten every nail clippers a dog can have. My dogs r so smart ,they know what clippers are,and they run to their rooms when I say "Clip nails"!! I'll update after the surgery etc. But until then,"Thank You Cityview Animal Hospital" !!!!”

“I can not say enough great things about this clinic! My dog, Fed Ex, is almost 12 years old and I trust no one but the staff at VCA Lakeside with his routine care and even when the occasional emergency pops up. He also loves seeing Morgan for grooming and the boarding kennel has met my expectations every time I have to go out of town. The staff from the rock star front desk ladies, to the techs, Doctors and wonderful manager Tara are beyond amazing at this clinic. The care and attention to detail that they show not only myself but my dog is A+. I refuse to go anywhere else!”
“Making the appointment was a breeze. Wait time was next to none. Courtesy and friendly was just the tip of the best experience I have had at a veterinary office. Mika my technician was hands down amazing. My pet loved her and she was so informative. She did everything in a quick and proficient manner. Her interaction with me and my pet was heartfelt and made my day! Just such a sweetheart! Dr. Snyder was in and out in no time. Honestly, asked very minimal questions, only what was needed. Dr Snyder’s Interaction with my pup was that of confidence and tender care. She made me feel as though I had nothing to worry about. I have 4 animals that are registered with this vet and unless I move away I will not go anywhere else. Even the front desk ladies were fun and engaging. “I had one of the best experiences of my life here. On the evening of Feb. 5th of this year I had to rush one of my fur babies to their emergency ER and immediately as soon as I got in, I had several vet techs come soothe my dogs and stay with me while they got my room ready. The best experience I had was with Sara, she was my core vet tech for the night and good lord she was amazing. She was so gentle, kind, compassionate, and was eager and ready for all of my questions. Just how attentive she was and the other vet techs were that night was what truly got me through everything. To all of you working that night and who got to meet Bleu and Moose, thank you so so so much. I never want to go anywhere else. (And the pups are okay )”

“I absolutely love this place. I was hesitant after reading these yelp reviews but I also refused to go to Banfield after a friend's horror story of a puppy she had for a week :( I called ahead of time to find out if they could give my puppy some vaccines so she could go to doggy daycare. The lady on the phone was so helpful and patient with my millions of questions as this is my first dog ever. She was very upfront about the costs and packages that were cost effective as opposed to paying for individual vaccines. She was able to set me up with an appointment that same day even though I was prepared to wait a few days for an opening. Fast forward. I showed up and was welcomed with huge smiles. The lobby was super clean. I was immediately showed to a waiting room so I could fill out some paperwork without my pup being all over the place. The waiting rooms were also super clean :) While handing in the paperwork, some of the staff came out to meet her and gave her so many compliments. It made me feel good as a first time dog mom. This was my pup's real first time in public and dealing with people other than me. Each person gave me amazing advice and even some samples for my pup to try to make training a bit easier. I went back to the room to wait for our tech. We probably waited for 5 minutes or less. She was so nice and very attentive. She listened to our needs since my pup needed specific vaccines. I was super nervous. I myself hate going to the doctor but she made it so easy. They took my pup to the back to do her exam and then came back to verify what the doctor said she could have as far as vaccines. Again, she was swooped away to the back. I could hear the staff aweing over her. I was so happy my pup wasn't whining or scared. When she was brought back to me, I couldn't even tell that she had a bunch of vaccines. She took it like a champ. The doctor came and spoke to me briefly while my pup was getting her nails trimmed as a courtesy. He was very straight to the point and gave me some knowledge. Finally, I went to check out. The costs were a bit overwhelming but I was prepared from the initial phone conversation. They were kind enough to give me quotes for future procedures that I asked for. I got some additional appointments set up as well and we were done with our visit. I love that this place is 10 minutes from my house. It limits my pup getting car sick. Their hospitality is EVERYTHING! I almost want them to have a human clinic because I was so comfortable ;)”
