“I came here to eat lunch, the prices are super reasonable. I coleslaw is the exact same from canes they just buy the pre made dressing. I got the BBQ pork it was okay was nothing special I am pretty sure they just use the pork that is in the plastic bag that they then heat up in a warmer but decent for the price.”
“Almost always have a good experience here. The afternoon /evening shift ( MELVIN ) is always extremely nice as well as helpful. The food cooked here is good, and although the line is sometimes long,at the peak hours, it is worth it as well.”

“Every time I go into this store the staff is extremely friendly. The prices are way better than Brookshire Brothers on the things that they have especially snacks and breakfast items. I will always go here if it's for something small or whenever possible versus going into town to Brookshire brothers. That place has lost my business forever. Last night the clerk at the register was so nice. She's only been working there about 2 months. You Can Tell She's well qualified to do her job and very qualified for customer service. You do not find this at Brookshire Brothers in town. Congratulations to the owner of this Dollar General location because you or your managers are doing a great job of finding good employees in a area that has to be tough to find good employees.”
“Love this little corner store! Love that the staff knows the locals and we can have a 30 minute conversation while picking up a snack!
Eddy found out thru the grapevine that I had had surgery after a bad accident. He was so happy to see me. For a month now he still asks how I'm healing!”
“I was stranded without phone service or way to charge my phone and the manager at this location was very friendly didn't judge me and let me charge my phone thank you very much sweetheart”
“My favorite store in town i stop there sometimes twice a day and the staff are always on point and friendly and you find anything you need and cigarettes cheaper than anywhere else”
“Trinity Texas has a Dollar General Market. We like it because they have things we need, close to gome with reasonable prices.
There is one man that works there that is horrible at customer service. My husband tries every time we go there to get him to smile or something, but it just isn't gonna happen. I hope he finds something to smile about!”
“Rented the Bissell big carpet cleaner for 48 hrs about $50. Wow. My husband's walker left horrible stains on our carpet. I tried to spot clean on my own weeks ago and it made it worse! I got the Bissell pet stain cleaner for the machine. Watched a 2 minute video on YouTube even though there were printed instructions. Video said start with area not as obvious. Make a 3' to 4' long 'alley', holding the red cleaner button down once forward and once back. Then vacuum same area 4 times and move on to next patch. Carpet looks brand new. Ceiling fan helped, but the vacuum really pulled out the water which was disgusting. Am SOOOO happy. I thought the carpet was ruined.”
“This is the only Dollar general I'll shop at. Very friendly and helpful employees . Always have what I need. And store is always clean and organized. Wished the other stores would do this. The one in Coldspring TX is horrible,!!!!!”

“Very friendly. Manager handled a transaction that the cashier processed. I had coupons and they did not process. The Manager had to handle manually with no complaints.”

“Honestly great store and good staff, my time working here has been great so far, if there is one thing to say is that it needs a remodel so that there's more variety of stuff to buy”
