“Great team, Garret the service advisor was fantastic and super helpful, the general manager is a GREAT guy, very friendly and hands on and willing to get involved to help if needed. If I do ever need more body work done, knock on wood I don't, but if I do I'll absolutely be coming back to them. I needed this done on an honestly kinda unrealistic time frame with it being a holiday and all, because I had to be back at work in West Texas on a specific day, and they got it all finished before I had to roll out and looking like a brand new truck. Really went above and beyond, on Christmas week no less. Very grateful and appreciative to all the guys who worked together to get it done.”

“Purchased a 1970 Chevelle LS5 SS454 from Doug and had A/C and a classic style Bluetooth radio added among other features. Doug and his team did an excellent job. It was listed as a matching numbers LS5 which I knew Doug had accurately listed but I choose to additionally utilize expert Chris White from Concours Concepts in Massachusetts to authenticate and write a report for presentation purposes at car shows. I entered the vehicle in my first small town car show and won Best Muscle Car. My next car show will be the Luckyrod Show in Luckenbach, TX”

They did quick work and worked with us
But the car still has damage and the paint work is terrible and the car smelled so bad when we got the car back had to drive with the windows open for months still trying to find the time to make it back to have them correct all the issues and all the parts and labor I was charged for work that wasn’t performed I mean really!
Is this place scamming people out of there money?
And I thought caliber collision was bad because there was a smudge in my paint this place goes far beyond the worst shop I have been to in years! And I would be as mad if it my daily driver not my wife’s nice expensive SUV that gets detailed every month!
I’m not going to bother with all the photos they don’t do the work any justice it’s too hard to see the imperfections just the brand new hood they said the replaced!

“I've been using Alliance Auto for over 15 years and they've always done good work. They even replaced the transmission they put in my car that failed a few months after the warranty was up at no charge. Most recently, my daughter took her Hyundai Santa Fe in for sluggish acceleration when going uphill. They said it could be caused by a collapsed oil filter, bad oil control valves or coil packs. They recommended an oil flush and replacing the filter with the Hyundai OEM filter. If that didn't correct the problem, they recommended replacing half of the oil control valves and coil packs and is that didn't fix it they would replace the rest.
Thank God the folks who work here are honest and practical. The first and cheapest option fixed the problem.”
