“Initially, I was very disappointed with the service but Juan ended up making the experience so much better.I’d paid for a $55 package and was so disappointed when I saw the amount of dirt, crumbs and drink splatters still left on the seats of my car. The rearview mirror had smudges. The dashboard was dusty. It looked like they only vacuumed. I told the team member that the car was still dirty and they “fixed it” but still it was dirty. There was so much that was missed & I was expecting a clean car after spending $55.I called the store and they offered to redo it. I came back next day Juan did just that. He fixed the initial job and actually cleaned. He agreed that whoever did the initial cleaning missed the mark. He thoroughly went back over it and met the expectations. Thank you for fixing the issue, Juan! ? Great job.”

“5 stars! I looked all over town for a place to hand wash and detail my big truck. I drove it over 1500 miles across country and it was covered in bugs, dirt, road tar, brake dust, bird droppings, fingerprints, etc. Epic brought it back to showroom new. They took the time to do the door jambs, each wheel and tire individually, and no spot was missed. The best the truck has looked in a long time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here.”

“Phil and his team had the insane task of taking care of my wife's vehicle after she had inadvertently drove through spilled roof sealant on the highway. When I tell you that our (brand new, only two month old at the time) minivan looked perfect again, it would still be an understatement! The whole crew worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and Phil kept me updated throughout the painstaking process the whole time so I knew what was going on. I will definitely be back to keep our vehicles looking perfect!”

“It was great! My battery went out, and they came by where i live and charged me up, so that I could drive over. They put in a new battery, and I was out in about a half an hour! I'll be back for sure!I just came back for a second time, since my alternator went out. They found the problem immediately, along with some other problems they repaired. They got back to me immediately and their customer service is great!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

Additionally they didn't try to sale me other services and they did a decent job at the pre washing and hand drying (for a automatic car wash). “Whitewater Express in Keller has the BEST SERVICE EVER!!I’ve used other car wash companies…and this one has a great wash and ample tidy, well stocked stations for DIY clean and vacuum of your vehicle. But where this place really shines ✨ is their customer service.Everyone who works here is enthusiastic, helpful and full of positive energy! This level of customer care is so rare these days that I had to give them a shout out.When vacuuming my console, I inadvertently sucked one of my console buttons into the vacuum. I sheepishly asked Colby and Em if they could check the vacuum…and they said they would after the end of business. But, of course, they could make no promises.I touched base the next day and the manager, Cole, could not have been more sympathetic…he didn’t see anything from the night before, but promised to let me know. And Cole called me that very evening to say they’d pawed through the vacuum detritus and found my console button!!This morning I popped in and was welcomed by Joseph & Coy…again so helpful, and they gave me the piece.I’m really appreciative of the entire staff here. They have all been genuinely friendly and so kind.Big Thanks!!”
