“I think this place is amazing and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I had a rock hit my windshield and they fixed it and you can’t even tell it was there. I also went back because my headlights were very hazed over and my daughter would not let me drive at night. The gentlemen said he didn’t guarantee it, but he would do his best when I went out and he was done. I was amazed they looked like brand new headlights. This place is awesome. It doesn’t only wash your car and do an amazing job. They go beyond and offer so many services. this place is number one in my book and they will see me again. Thank you !!”

“Very nice place. I love that they have a conveyor belt instead of a track that you have to get your tires on which is so much easier. They prep the car very well and I also like how the tunnel dries your car both with air and a shammy. Then, in the vacuum area, they have very strong vacuums about the crevice and the wide mouth vacuums, and they both have a all purpose cleaner in a window cleaner with a large stack of cloths to be used to wipe down the interior. Overall, very pleased with the overall Quality and service of this new car wash.”

“My experience with Masons. First off, I was well aware that it was going to cost a lot ($10K+) and major work on my brand new Nissan Rouge with less than 200 mi! Diamond was compassionate. The estimate was very detailed and communication regarding changes on any costs and timelines were always clearly relayed to me. The work: the body work looks perfect. The car drives perfect. They assured me they are they if there are ever any questions about their work and everything is warranted. I picked up my Rouge Rock Creek yesterday and feel very confident about selecting Masons to do this work.”
“Phil and his team had the insane task of taking care of my wife's vehicle after she had inadvertently drove through spilled roof sealant on the highway. When I tell you that our (brand new, only two month old at the time) minivan looked perfect again, it would still be an understatement! The whole crew worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and Phil kept me updated throughout the painstaking process the whole time so I knew what was going on. “I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.”

“5 stars! I looked all over town for a place to hand wash and detail my big truck. I drove it over 1500 miles across country and it was covered in bugs, dirt, road tar, brake dust, bird droppings, fingerprints, etc. Epic brought it back to showroom new. They took the time to do the door jambs, each wheel and tire individually, and no spot was missed. The best the truck has looked in a long time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here.”
“I’ve never had an issue here and highly recommend them. The MVP wash is fantastic—my car looks polished, shiny, and the coating stays looking brand new. What really sets them apart is the pre-wash; having two guys spray it down with high-pressure soap first ensures the dirt is actually gone before the machine touches the paint.
The staff is friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Pro-tip: Keep an eye out for their promotions! They run deals from time to time that make the MVP wash an even better value.

I read about how quick they are with tire repair and the reviews were 100% accurate! Jose provided prompt service at a reasonable price. I was able to stay in my vehicle while my tire was repaired. Jose showed me the nail stuck in my tire. I appreciate how detailed he was. I definitely recommend this shop for tire repair if you are in the area.”

“Man, these guys are hands-down the best Shop I’ve worked with in the last 15 years. They’ve done a couple of cars for me now this past year or so, but they just finished up my C8 Corvette Z06 and wrap the entire thing in paint protection film. They put Suntek Reaction with built in Ceramic. They Did Ceramic Tint, Ceramic Coating on the wheels, Ceramic Coating on the brake calipers. installed some of my air vents and some of my Carbon Fiber pieces. Flawless! I can’t think Evan & Clint enough. I appreciate the outstanding attention to detail. Good luck on your Knee surgery Evan.”
“I have a yearly membership. This location is always consistent with service and amenities. They offer microfiber towels, multipurpose cleaner, and a floormat cleaner. They occasionally shut down for maintenance, which is annoying when I drive 20 minutes to clean my car. Other than that, wash and vacuum takes about 20 minutes.”
“The carwash itself is great.. but the blonde woman really truly dislikes her job. Someone needs to set her free. It's okay if you don't like the job, that's not a crime. But maybe go find something else. She never fully uses the brush on the front of the cars before they go in. She just seems generally unhappy.”

My aged-like-a-fine-wine car really shined after the ceramic coating. Only issue was the vacuum which could have been more powerful. Still 5 stars from me.”
