“The team at Service Plus is always top of the line for me. Jen the office manager there is always holding it down, she gathers as much details as possible for the mechanics. The mechanics make common sense suggestions and don’t try to guilt trip you when you tell em next time for a suggestion. The team here is willing to work with you on justified issues or errors. Great place! The price may be a bit high sometimes for repairs but I’d rather these guys than a dealership trying to wrack up repairs for extra money.”

“If anyone has any kind of car especially and old classic vehicle truly needs to bring it here to Morris Autos and see Pete! I had my 1966 Shelby A/C Cobra Roadster engine completely rebuilt years ago here at Morris Autos and it still runs and purrs like a kitten! I’ve wrote a review during that time however wanted to write another review of how happy and satisfied I am with the workmanship here at Morris Autos! Kurtis and Pete never had to tell me that the Cam Shaft has a hair line crack that you can hardly see came in to install but Pete said he still ordered another one to make sure it’s done right the first time which he said I would’ve never noticed and it’ll would’ve last a long time but again that’s not the right way of doing things even though he knew it’ll be a good fat minute to receive another one in 2 weeks to be exact and he still made it happen and got me all fixed up and like I said 4 years later it still runs like a brand new car !! Again, Price and workmanship is by far best I’ve literally ever experienced!! He even threw in first couple of oil changes on the house!! It’s like wow!! Thank you Morris Autos for the integrity and for the absolute amazing services you provided me all these years on all my cars!!! As You know y’all got a client for life and I’ve been spreading the word to all my family, neighbors and friends!!! If you need any additional assistance before then, please call or email at the provided contact information below. Thank you again for allowing us to look into this further for you. At 2:06pm that day a District Manager called and told me they were going to replace the pads and rotors at no cost at one the other locations they manage. I took my car in the next day and 2 hours later they were done installing new pads and rotors and my brakes don't squeak anymore. They really took care of my problem promptly after I wrote my review on October 11th.Thank You!”

“Chris Coyle is an amazing man. Not just an excellent mechanic...but an honest man. I asked for a quote on a catalytic converter for my 2010 Mazada Tribute and he gave me a quote but informed me of another place that would do it cheaper after finding out my current financial situation. He knew he wouldn't get my business but still was willing on helping his customer. Guys like that don't exist anymore in large quantities.I will be taking my tribute up there for pil changes and tune ups in the future regardless of the price just because Chris. Thanks again Chris.”

They will tell you what they see but also are honest about if it's needed right then or if you can wait. All these guys have been great to work with and they're so nice. I highly recommend this location. I will not go anywhere else. As a woman - it is important to feel like you can trust your mechanic to not take advantage of you. “Amazing! Needed a new battery. Had come from another "Big box retailer" (that should likely get out of the car car business) and after a 45 minute wait, they determined they did not know how to get the battery out. After me showing them how to connect jumper cable leave, I made my way to Kwik Kar near my home. They were packed, but it was an amazing controlled chaos. No panic by anyone there. Went inside and was immediately greeting, said I needed a battery & was asked which car was mine. He proceeded to pull my car in a Bay, verify the battery was dead in just a few minutes and gave me a price. He replaced the battery without any hesitation or help and I was checking out 10 minutes later. Again, amazing. Will be my go to place for car care for now on.”

“Love it here. There is always towells available. Spray for your windows. However the bottles could be better. I love how they have thr air compressor to blow out the water from in-between the trim. All theyre vacuumes work lol. And that guy on the weekends Jose is awsome. He's always helpful with anything we need and even helps with tires. Glad to see they have a Hispanic employee. “I've come to Alliance Dyno a handful of times this year after being burned by the Firestone down the road. Every time I have come in, they've been extremely helpful and have been the definition of under promise and over deliver! I just had a brake replacement done that was quoted almost 300 more than what I actually paid when picking up the car, But I really appreciate the transparency ahead of time instead of it ending up coming out way over what was originally estimated. They work very fast and I have recommended a number of my friends to them over the past few months. Thanks for all your help!”

“I came out from uptown Dallas cause I had something to do in Fort Worth, and just so happened to google a shop in the area that could take care of my annual inspection. I showed up in the middle of lunchtime on a Friday, and immediately was helped by the shop manager, Joe. Joe told me he had a busy shop that day and I may be better off dropping by the next day, so I explained I’m not local. 30 minutes later, my car was in, and I was paying the bill about 45 min after arriving. Excellent, excellent customer service. All while Joe multitasked between taking deliveries, answering customer questions and holding a great conversation with me. I’m usually a dealership service guy, but I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness at this shop that I’ll be coming out here going forward to have my car serviced. I was very impressed - Joe and Jesse turned a quick, low margin inspection into a new customer!”
