Work was done and seemingly done well. Was never sent estimates by email for approval despite being told I would (when I asked for what build the $3,100) - Only a phone call with a total that I did say Yes to. Post pick up I was able to do comparative pricing and will not return to CBA in the future - mark ups were incredibly high. Poor job on my part for not being more diligent and costing myself money. Severely disappointed.

My experience at Christian Brothers was amazing! Mark was honest, fair, genuine, and incredibly thorough (pictures/videos provided of repairs needed). He explained the process every step of the way, and made it simple! I will be a customer for life and couldn’t be more satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. Thank you again Mark and team for getting my vehicle back to myself and our family quickly!

Great service. My Altima was serviced in July for a suspension replacement. It was easy to get an appointment and fast service. Christian Brothers had affordable pricing and excellent customer service from start to finish. I had to come back a month later thinking something was wrong with my repairs. The manager showed kindness and personally checked my car then showed me the problem. Many places have not showed this level of Excellent customer service so Thank you Joe and all the staff that helped me along the way.

Thanks so much to Joe and staff for a warm welcome, reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. I was able to use their shuttle to get to and from work while they replaced some tires. I really appreciated their complimentary inspections to update me on issues that need to be addressed as well as the estimate for each.

I generally have a good experience with Christian Bros, so I will chalk it up to a bad experience at this location. I dropped my vehicle off for the regular oil change and asked for a look at a few additional items. Hours later I got an inspection report and chatted with a service tech. We covered the items that needed service and I authorized one more. I became clear on the total price and came back to pick up after work. Well I’m glad I reviewed the printed invoice. I noticed an $80 charge for the item I asked to be checked. My service tech didn’t address it because the part had been replaced before he got it. There was a commitment to get to the bottom of it and return my call the same or next day. Neither happened. I’m very disappointed. Not so much over the additional charge, but by the service. I still don’t understand why something got changed before I talked to my service tech. Perhaps I never will. In the future I will use the shop in Grapevine before I go back to the dealership. I pay more at the dealership, but there are never any surprises.

I appreciate the response below and the productive chat I had with a manager on site. The miscommunication was explained and I’m overall grateful that the part was replaced. I appreciate the commitment to communicate with customers and “make things right”. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect my overall experience.

Christian Brothers did a great job as usual working on my truck. They replaced 4 , O2 oxygen sensors in 2000 Silverado.

Dropped my 2018 Chevy Silverado off per current lawsuit it had a faulty Torque Converter in the transmission. Used my Carmax warranty to get it replaced. Christian Bros diagnosed my truck the day I dropped it off, and promptly got into contact with my warranty to fix the issue, took a week for Carmax to ship out a new transmission for it to be the wrong one, then Poor Mark had to spend hours and hours on the phone dealing with them to get the right part shipped only for Carmax to mess up again and send the transmission to a Christian Brothers in Louisiana!!! 😩 So back on the phone poor Mark went to get it sent to the right place… another week and they got my transmission, installed it that day and I got my truck the following day. Poor Christian Brothers had my truck for 5 weeks because of Carmax’s warranty problems lol. And I don’t know who pays Mark but after this I can tell yall what ever he’s getting paid it’s not enough he needs a Raise and bonus! Lol I’ve already told my friends and family if they ever want to be kept completely up to date on the status of their Vehicles to use this Christian Bros because they’re on top of their communication 👌🏻❤️ 100/10 Recommend

Mark, Ethan, Scott, and Jesse are an excellent team! They've been taking care of my Fiesta for a while now for oil changes and inspections, and they know what parts and services are needed to get my car back on the road! Thanks guys! :)
