Everybody was great and when I had a little issue with my room key Jarvis helped me immediately. “We LOVED our stay here! The location was incredible being so close to restaurants and shops. We stayed here over Christmas and everything was decorated beautifully. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the gym was updated. Would highly recommend staying here!Rooms: Rooms were very updated and clean, the beds were very comfortable too.Nearby activities: Southlake shopping center is right there, with every shop and restaurant imaginable. We went during Christmas time and it was so much fun shopping around.Walkability: Walking distance to everything.Food & drinks: The food and drinks were very good, and we loved our bartender at the hotel bar!”
“Stayed at the Delta hotel on a girls trip for a friend's birthday. It was very nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. The lobby and bar were nice and cozy. The room was very nicely laid out and the shuttle service was great and efficient. I wish I would have taken pictures. I totally forgot. It is a very nice place to stay. We didn't spend lot of time in the hotel, but did spend some time in the bar for some drinks while waiting to go out to dinner. There is a restaurant in the hotel that I have heard is VERY good, but we already had reservations elsewhere. We will definitely be going back to try the restaurant. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is very easy to find and close to the highway, but not in walking distance of anything in Southlake Town Center or restaurants nearby. There is a shuttle that will take you there and back during the day and early evening, but you will have to Uber/ride share later in the evening to return to the hotel.”

“Booked a 3 night stay and upon arrival the power was out. The beautiful young lady ( that had only been employed there for 2 weeks )at the reception desk explained the situation and did an amazing job at resolving any issues with customers. She was very professional and resolved all issues,personally escorted all visitors to their rooms due to key card program issue. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Well, there's a lot to say about this place. The front desk does a good job being friendly and helping you with your needs. The restaurant/bar does a great job waiting on you. Kitchen staff makes great food. Nathan is a great manager. He helped us with our concerns about our room and understood our circumstances took care of us. Checking out, we met a man named LUIS, which he was very hospitable and helped us. He has a great accent, and he has a heart of gold. he may be a little challenged. However, he does a great job making the residence here Phil welcomed.”

“I recently spent two nights at this Best Western, and I was impressed with how clean and bright and well-maintained this place was.My standard king room included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that I wasn't even expecting. And a sofa with coffee table sitting area. The room and bathroom were spotless.I had the free breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. The breakfast room also was very clean and neat, the food was fresh, and there was plenty.Very conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 114 and Hwy 170 in Roanoke, this was a great budget-friendly experience.”
