“I would like to show my gratitude to my letter carrier today. She went beyond the call of duty. My husband took a fall just outside our front door. She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. All I can say she delivered mail to 615 Warrington Lane on June 18th. Many, many thanks to her.”

“Alot of people hyper focus on the attitude of the employees here but at the end of the day, being friendly is not exactly in their job description. While they may not be kind and bubbly, they get the mail going where it’s supposed to, and they will fix any issue brought to their attention. The male employee people reference in their reviews isn’t rude, he’s just all business. It’s his personality. He’s not there to be your friend, he’s there to do his job. Overall this a trustworthy location.”

“Very nice and helpful people. A lot of reviews aren’t good but this is a small office with only 2 people working it so obviously it’s not going to be as fast but it is not usually packed at all so your in and out within 3-5 minutes.”
“I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a post office here. The clerk taking my packages and kindly scanning them for me and giving me a receipt was courteous and informative. Well I've had a ton of good experiences with USPS clerks unfortunately not all of them are like this. It's very nice to see someone doing their job with excellent customer service skills.”
“I rarely make reviews. But this location needs a credit. First time I applied for my passport and it was a very smooth and fast process. The name of the one who assisted me was Michelle. It was in and out. Bonus: she was very friendly and always smiles. Other staffs were very welcoming and willing to help out right away as well and this location was super clean! “In the 15 years we have been here, never had any issues with our mail. I am pretty sure this is where our mail comes unless its Haslet. Once in awhile I have reached out about not receiving a package and they are on it and it is handled quickly. They respond fast by email or telephone.”

“Drop orders off from my small business here all the time. Always have pre-paid USPS labels so they make it very smooth also with the new Click-N-Ship service. I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!!
