My husband and I have used this bank for over 8 years. Great customer service and friendly employees! We miss the old building that was such a beautiful landmark, tho. The new location does have an updated ATM that is very convenient, and same great staff.

We love Prosperity Bank! It has a home town feel and everyone knows your name, not to mention you are not inundated with fees. Quick responses, friendly staff and always very accommodating. Hoping the new Roanoke location has Saturday hours.Deb and Rick Ott

This bank really cares about their customers. They are always so friendly, and do an amazing job at explaining things (which is an issue I often have with banks). Nancy is incredible!
