Management is helpful, and the online banking service is noted as very user-friendly. The tellers are consistently friendly. While an appointment is needed and some bank policies can be a hassle, the overall experience is positive. The staff is bilingual and happy to see customers, creating a welcoming environment.
I love my bank staff here. They know me. Even from the start the ladies were very professional and friendly. I haven't had a single issue that they weren't able to solve.

I don't go in very often but when I have it's been a good experience. Tellers/staff have been friendly. All my needs have been met.
