We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t for these two employees I would be leaving a one star review. Thank you Keenan and Treven for going above and beyond for us and correcting the situation immediately!! Thank you !!!

Please keep the fuel tank full all the time.. The vehicle i was given had a little less than half tank. I found it very difficult to fill it back to the exact level while returning.

Rebecca was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Other staff I had contact with were friendly as well. Overall experience was above average . Only complaint and reason it was not an excellent experience was the road and ground leading into the facility was bumpy with potholes and the gravel road around our storage unit held water when it rained and was a bit inconvenient to get in an out.
