Wells Fargo Bank is described as a nice bank with friendly and helpful staff. Employees are courteous and go out of their way to assist customers. Management is helpful, and the online banking service is noted as very user-friendly. The tellers are consistently friendly. While an appointment is needed and some bank policies can be a hassle, the overall experience is positive. The staff is bilingual and happy to see customers, creating a welcoming environment.
only good thing about this branch from my experience was Carlos. he was friendly and took the time to fix the issues i was having. he went out of his way! i appreciate him!

If I knew setting up a business bank account wouldn’t make me want to rip my hair out, I would’ve started 10 businesses and had Carlos open all the accounts for me! Thanks so much for all your help, sir. :) Truly the nicest, most helpful bank employee I’ve ever spoken with. What a rockstar.

We’ve been banking at Wells Fargo in Roanoke, Texas, since 2011. The tellers have always been friendly and courteous. Management has always been helpful. The only time things were inconvenient was during the pandemic, but that was the case everywhere. Wells Fargo’s online banking is the most user friendly I’ve experienced.
