We’ve been banking at Wells Fargo in Roanoke, Texas, since 2011. The tellers have always been friendly and courteous. Management has always been helpful. The only time things were inconvenient was during the pandemic, but that was the case everywhere. Wells Fargo’s online banking is the most user friendly I’ve experienced.

SHAME ON ME, I IGNORED THE GOOGLE 3 STAR REVIEW, I am a Marketer and I know better, but I figured let me give them a try. Well after reading the reviews again, they are correct. I tried to deposit a Cashier's Check from a bank. Which should be easily deposited but it wasn't.They said they couldn't contact bank. I called bank on their general line and they answered no problem and they said Wells Fargo should easily be able to get through.End Result: closed account, went to PNC. They easily deposited check with great friendly service.I try not to make bad decisions and I am a softy at giving people (businesses) second chances and I just learned my lesson. It took about 6 months after being a customer to understand why the 3 star review.Reviews are everything.Remember when you see a business with 4 or 5 stars especially small businesses, patronize them, they are really doing their best for their customers.

Pick up the damn phone.. not doing so doesn't exude confidence in my financial institution. Called over a half dozen times throughout the day and nobody picks up..

Amazing change, the staff are helpful, friendly, and happy to see you. They are bilingual and go out of their way to get you taken care of.You do need an appointment and bank policy is a bit of a hassle. Overall nice bank.

This is not my local branch, however last friday I stopped by to cash and deposit my payroll check like a usually do every single friday for the last several years. The ladies at the teller could not process my request successfully augmenting "they did not have a relationship with me". I am very frustrated about the service I received from these two tellers they did not even bother to consult it with a branch manager. I explained them I gave them all the details they could possibly need in order to fulfill my request and still did not do anything. Wells Fargo please train your personal I am a long time costumer please take care of your customer service.

Lines are always long in the drive thru. It's crazy to have to sit almost 30 mins to get helped. Never had a seen a bank this slow. All 3 lines didn't move for about 20 mins n finally I moved up but then I'm stuck waiting again. I truly HATE going here but I have to bc of my work. They need to either hire more ppl or hurry up. This is rediculous

This is our bank exclusively for ours businesses. They had an amazing manager Al, Sara.. things were so smooth then. At present they totally frustrate us. Manager is lost & needs to lead from the front, tellers are not trained, lack of knowledge, I am in the driveway for 45 mins.

It's been a year or two since I lasted deposited into my sister's account. This location refused to let me and said they've never done that before. Talked to my sister about it. She plans on going to another bank company that will accept MONEY.

As a Google Local guide and reviewer, I try very hard to focus on the positive places and businesses in and around the area. I’d rather share the positives than highlight the negatives. However, based on recent experiences, I feel compelled to prevent someone else from having a bad experience from doing business with this branch manager and location.I’m a 25+ year Wells Fargo customer, with multiple accounts, and have been in many branch offices over the years. By far, the branch manager at this location displays the most lackadaisical, lacking of empathy, smug, condescending, lack of customer service approach to his job that I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing or experiencing. The absolute worst. His inability to provide even a modicum of effort or proactive customer support does the entire bank a disservice, and actually serves to negate the hard work and service the majority of his branch team works to provide.Speaking with the corporate Customer Advocacy group today, I found out that I’m not the only one that feels this way. Such. A. Shame. After twenty-five years of being a loyal Wells Fargo customer, the likelihood of moving my business and personal financial needs to the bank next door has never been higher, and I’d bet a dollar right now that the branch manager won’t even care. He is the epitome of what is wrong with big banks today. Nice job, Al.

Al Pirani the manager and Pablo was extremely unhelpful and rude durring the 6 trips there to be added to my recently departed parents account. The branch mqnager tried everything in his power to keep us from paying bill their final bills. Wells fargo dosent care about their customers alive or dead. They just want to setup new accounts and hold on to every cent.
