“Our company is from Houston, TX and one of our trucks enroute to Laredo had a transmission clutch and clutch actuator breakdown(* DT12 trans ) so we found Red's Diesel by Google Maps search. We called them and Cole took care of our urgency so quickly. Cole showed a customer service with professionalism of a unique level found almost nowhere these days. In this place haven't yet forgotten they are servicing their peers, whether you're simply an owner operator or multiple trucks fleet it will be as simple and straightforward as it can be, no different, true equal fairness. No gimmicks or cover ups, no hidden fees or last minute surprises. The job work content was addressed with parts assessment and thorough diag which was explained with luxury of details and multiple solutions were promplty offered over proper and potential issues found and to be addressed. I have done repairs over the road in many other states and like Red's Diesel in Corpus Cristi only a handful of shops exist. Their ethics level is untouchable.
This facility is of a phenomenal diligence towards us the truckers need over our equipment importance for its use and time for repairing completion. I cannot be more appreciative of their business. Our drivers were driven to their hotel without hesitation. This has been the ultimate experience as a first time customer and our truck transmission has survived the beating of time thanks to them getting us and our drivers fixed back on the road.”
