There was only one employee there which was fine due to the location not being packed. She was knowledgeable and kind. The store itself was kind of off putting. Random stacks of boxes ,and a slight smell. It is possible the smell could be comings through the walls from the establishment next door.

Typical cellphone store, 1 worker and the person that was in front of us kept asking questions. Some questions repeated themselves. The specialist was very knowledgeable and a great personality.

The woman that helped me yesterday was very polite and transferred me from tmobile with grace and ease honestly never had a better experience switching carriers as the last time I switched was over 12 years ago
