“There was only one employee there which was fine due to the location not being packed. She was knowledgeable and kind. The store itself was kind of off putting. Random stacks of boxes ,and a slight smell. It is possible the smell could be comings through the walls from the establishment next door.”
“I came to Rockport for the music festival and on the way here the screen on my phone went totally blank. I stopped at the Cricket store to either get it repaired or get new phone. The girl that helped me I didn't get her name but she was awesome. Very helpful. She upgraded my phone and she was able to recover my account. Great customer serviceI definitely recommend this store”

“Tristen and his crew April, and I think his name was Justin our freaking rock stars!!! I have been battling with my son’s tablet four weeks spent hours on the phone with Apple and got nowhere! Was not able to use FaceTime or text messaging and could not use YouTube or anything that needed Wi-Fi without him on my home Wi-Fi or tethered to my hotspot April managed to Change the SIM Did something with the network and then I fiddled around with FaceTime and we managed to get it to work too! This crew saved me a trip to Corpus! I don’t have to go to Apple anymore!! Love you guys! Again, y’all rock!! ❤Kristin”
