I do not recommend doing business with this store, and if you do, make sure you know EXACTLY what they are doing to your account and pay attention to your next billing cycle. I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option. One of my family members (on my phone account) went into this AT&T location to upgrade to a new phone. He was told by the employee helping him, Robin R., that the cost would only be $6 extra dollars a month TOTAL; HOWEVER, without his authorization or the authorization of anyone else on our account, Robin added an entirely new line to our account that increased our bill by $133! I had to spend over 3 hours on the phone on two different days with AT&T customer service being passed between 3 different departments, 2 different supervisors, a fraud department with only an automated system, and file a fraud claim online only to have it rejected, before I finally got through to someone who actually was able to help understand what had been done to our account without our authorization AND fix it. The AT&T customer service rep is the one who confirmed for me that this employee, Robin, added this new phone line to our account - which I can only assume was a way to meet certain sales goals. Regardless of why it was done, it's a shady way to conduct business this way and lie to your customers about what you are doing on their account and how much it is going cost them.

All 3 staff members in the Rockport location were so very helpful and nice. We switched from cricket yesterday because of shortages and rude staff. To walk in the att store and got greeted with a friendly staff member was the first thing and then they all.sat there with us and helped us get everything we needed to start the process and got everything set up for us

ATT Rockport Rocks… Emma greeted me as I walked in..she came over to meet me & asked how she could help.
She listened & gave me couple options.
I was really surprised and pleased with her professionalism & attention to getting me taken care of.
Emma is the reason for my high score on my ATT experience. I won't hesitate to recommend someone look online or drop by the store if they need anything from ATT.

Robin, the manager, helped facilitate the theft of a phone from my account. That phone still has an installment plan on it with over $1500 left to pay. When I called the store location and spoke to Robin, the thief hung up on me when I confronted her with my issue. All of this was done without my permission. She is very unprofessional and shouldn't be in charge of any store. She aidled and abetted in the theft of a $1500 piece of property that didn't belong to her nor the party she helped steal the phone. I'm spreading the word about this location. Shame on you, now I'm paying on a phone plan and phone that I do not have.
