This place is awful. The employees refused to stay 7 minutes later than 8:00 which was after the new phone security setting protocol had run which we knew nothing about. We had driven 45 minutes to turn in the phone and arrived at 7. The male employee asked us to go to another store to return the phone and the female employee who I’ve observed being rude previously stated she was leaving and was again rude with no care for customers. She left after 8:00 however.
I explained the employee who sold us the phone stayed an hour over the week prior and we would appreciate it if they would accept the phone back once the security profile was complete so our bill could be reduced as it was over $700. Nope. They stay for a sale but don’t give a care for a return as it impacts their bottom line. No customer service or leadership in this store. They also told us I could leave the phone and they would call and ask for my password the next day to wipe the phone and complete the return. Are you kidding me? Geez just stay the 7 minutes to complete the transaction. Unbelievable they would even suggest giving them the phone and calling for my password. I’m sure that is not suggested in their compliance book or training material as it could create liability. Speechless at how truly uncaring, and careless both employees were.

Horrible experience and not the first time at this location. They stayed an hour after closing to sell us a new phone a week earlier but when trying to return the old phone, with a new security requirement protocol (that takes an hour to reset for returning an iPhone), they won’t stay 12 minutes over to allow the return of the phone to take this off my billing. Their solution was for us to leave the phone with them and give them our passcode when they call tomorrow so they could restore to factory settings. Which has to be against company policy because everyone knows passcodes give them access to everything on the phone and could create a security liability. Will be looking for a different location for better service. Good luck if you go here, it always seems like a hassle.
While typing this up we were in the parking lot, the 2 individuals left at 8:05 pm with my phone only having 7 minutes and 21 seconds left in order to turn it in. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I just had exceptional service and help at my ATT store to replace my phone. The young lady was training a new employee and together, they gave me better service than I have ever received before. It was an amazing experience and I plan on sharing this news everywhere…

This is easily the worst store ever. If you have any questions or need anything, do not waste your time in going to the store, they will not help you. They will tell you to go to Best buy. I don't even know why AT&t pays these people and takes up rent and space. These employees do not care about helping the customer. I went in with questions twice on two different occasions. Once for my wife's iPhone once for my Android phone. Both times was told go to Best buy. They can't help us. So save your trip. Save your money and try either a new cell service or just go to Best buy.
To the owner why would I give you another opportunity when every time I've been to your store I have been sent to Best buy if it was a one time thing I would understand but it's repetitive.

Purchased 5 ATT lines & was talked into changing from Spectrum to Direct TV. This store gave me a broken ‘Gemini’ adapter for my non-Smart TV; I called to report to Liz immediately & she refuse to replace it. Apparently, they can give out damaged items but not working items. Customer service directed me back to the store, now the store directing me back to customer service. 5 days now, no TV…I miss Spectrum.

I called to get info on a phone for an older relative. Dawson was so very helpful. Dawson made some great suggestions on which phone and which plan this elderly relative should consider. It was extremely helpful, and he compared the cost across the board on the phone and its fees. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond belief. Give Dawson a call at this store if you need help.

If I could give it a zero I would. Not only have they wasted over 10 hours of my time but they told me my phone was worth $830 trade in value and then I signed and now they are saying $350. I went to the other location and they said they messed up and they are wrong, and now I have gone back and forth from these two locations for 4 hours today with no end in sight. Needless to say please save yourself time and just go to the corporate location a mile down the road. Authorized retailer location has zero clue how to do their job correctly.

Rosa Martinez we call 611 even the rep was upset that this store and the employees would not be willing to help there costumer but they will take the money from you but not help there costumer at all, tanks Rosa for even when the rep told you what you needed to do, and we were also informed that the only reason they refused to help if because they get more comisión whene costumer Bill goes up
