Purchased 5 ATT lines & was talked into changing from Spectrum to Direct TV. This store gave me a broken ‘Gemini’ adapter for my non-Smart TV; I called to report to Liz immediately & she refuse to replace it. Apparently, they can give out damaged items but not working items. Customer service directed me back to the store, now the store directing me back to customer service. 5 days now, no TV…I miss Spectrum.

I called to get info on a phone for an older relative. Dawson was so very helpful. Dawson made some great suggestions on which phone and which plan this elderly relative should consider. It was extremely helpful, and he compared the cost across the board on the phone and its fees. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond belief. Give Dawson a call at this store if you need help.

If I could give it a zero I would. Not only have they wasted over 10 hours of my time but they told me my phone was worth $830 trade in value and then I signed and now they are saying $350. I went to the other location and they said they messed up and they are wrong, and now I have gone back and forth from these two locations for 4 hours today with no end in sight. Needless to say please save yourself time and just go to the corporate location a mile down the road. Authorized retailer location has zero clue how to do their job correctly.

Rosa Martinez we call 611 even the rep was upset that this store and the employees would not be willing to help there costumer but they will take the money from you but not help there costumer at all, tanks Rosa for even when the rep told you what you needed to do, and we were also informed that the only reason they refused to help if because they get more comisión whene costumer Bill goes up

AT&T LIED to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is by far the worst experience out of any internet company we've dealt with!!! A door to door sales representative told us we qualify for a government program that credits people $30 for internet. He also stated that we have a 2 week trial period and can cancel anytime.Of course once I called to cancel, they said they do not offer a trial period and that we do not qualify for the gov. program.After calling multiple times to cancel they finally cancelled our account. Only to have a bill for the second month. So we had to call again for them to cancel that bill.We have had an internet line sitting on our lawn for 5 months. They never buried the line and they said that they would remove it.Do not recommend AT&T!

Terribly unprofessional, unhelpful, arrogant pretentious employees. Especially the girl up there, I spend 500 a month for my service and this place makes me want to go to boost or some third world cell phone carrier! Uggghh I’ll be driving an hour anywhere else to avoid this place

I ordered a new iPhone online to be picked up at this store. When I went to pick it up, the Rep received an error on their side and couldn't give me the phone--even though I received confirmation on my end that I purchased the phone. The Rep showed no initiative to help remedy the problem: only that they didn't know what to do about it.We left the store with no phone. Very frustrating.

We came into this store today due to not getting adequate service at two other AT&T locations. Rosa Martinez is the most helpful person ever. She helped us in length and we were never her customer to begin with. She went the extra mile, we are elderly and struggle with technology but her customer service never waivered. We will never go to another AT&T location if Rosa Martinez is not there.

I have 2 wireless phones that I like to pay monthly instore. Clerks are friendly and helpful
