“Came in with air line leak and couldnt figure where it coming from. Worked with the guys there and they helped me diagnose and replace a line they assumed was causing the problem. Fixed it right up. Kudos to Jayden who helped me replace the line and the other gentleman who suggested to replace it. Thank you all, will be back for future mods on my c63.”

He swapped out our battery in the 100 degree heat and did it with a smile. Totally want above and beyond the call of duty. “Just got my car back from Rite Co yesterday, I had a small fender bender. Kassi, the office manager is awesome. She took such good care of me. She even knew it was me when I called to check the progress of my ride (she answered the phone using my name). A very nice touch.
Rick, the owner is very nice and professional. Had some issues with the way the insurance company paid the claim to the shop, Rick was very cool and didn't want me to have to wait another day to get my car, and let me take it even though he hadn't been fully paid.
Great experience, coffee, conversation, and most of all, exemplary customer service. I highly recommend Rite Co Collision if you have had an unfortunate accident and need a repair service. Ten thumbs up (my two and four other people's LOL)!!!”

“I have been here multiple times in the past two years. They are thorough and kind. Service has been amazing!! The only draw back is getting a rental car if needed.They do offer, but you have to deal with the Enterprise down the street and the cars smell like people smoke in them. Two rentals over the past two years and both reeked of cigarettes.”

I just purchased a new Honda HRV and someone tried to break in by lifting up
My window guard. I ordered the part from Honda and took it to have it put on. Honda of Rockwall acted as if they didn’t know if the part would just pop on or be complex. The parts guy at Honda told me it should pop on and off, but the service guy told me it was complex and would be $189. I took my car to Lakeside Chevrolet Collision center and Mr. Jeff popped it on for me in 2 minutes free of charge! I’ve always had a great experience here, even in the past when I had my

“This was my 1st time using this company & I was very satisfied. The only thing was, that it took a little longer than the expected date (21days)& enterprise called me questioning me about the rental & return date. This was the only thing I didn’t like. The work was amazing & worth the wait & I received text messages 3x a week which was the 1st that’s ever happened… so that took a lot of stress off my plate. If I could give some feedback, would be to provide full detailing like some of the other companies, especially for the price. Front desk & person who took the pics were super nice. I would definitely use this service 10000 times!”
“Most of the time I get quick oil changes and tire rotations done here. The only issue I’ve ever had was when my back windshield wiper on my 2022 Trailblazer needed repair, no one at the place knew how to replace it. So they accidentally broke it, but they bought a new one for me and replaced it for free. It was an inconvenience but they apologized about 50 times and made the situation right. I would recommend this place since they are usually fast and I don’t have a problem with oil and tire.”
