“Pleasant Auto Battery Replacement at O'Reilly Auto Parts
I brought my 2020 Chevy Camaro to O’Reilly Auto Parts for a battery replacement and had a great experience despite the extra challenge — the battery was located in the trunk. Denise greeted me promptly and walked me through the plan before starting. She carefully removed interior panels, accessed the trunk-mounted battery, and explained each step in plain language so I could follow along.
The replacement itself was handled skillfully: Denise disconnected the old battery safely, installed the new one with secure connections, and reassembled the trunk area without any scuffs or loose trim. She performed a charging-system check and a short road-start test to confirm everything worked perfectly. Denise also cleaned the terminals, showed me how to check the replacement’s status, and provided warranty paperwork.
Even with the trickier location, the whole visit was efficient, professional, and reassuring — Denise’s competence and clear communication turned a potentially stressful repair into a smooth, pleasant experience.”

“I came to validate a warranty for a battery that was giving me trouble. The salesperson—a guy named Myke—was incredibly rude and condescending, acting as if he owned the store or was paying for the merchandise himself. On top of that, the battery they offered as a replacement isn't the same one I originally bought; I didn't pay $100 for it—it cost nearly $250. These kinds of employees act like they own the place. Look, man, you’re just another employee. You really ought to treat customers better, because without us, you wouldn't have a job. It’s not like you’re giving us anything for free—we pay for everything, and it certainly isn't cheap. I felt like he was being racist toward me for being Hispanic when I tried to honor the warranty—especially when another American showed up and he even changed the way he spoke to them. It’s the same money everyone else pays with, and it’s the same money I earn, too. That guy provided garbage customer service.”

I spoke with C.J. and he answered all of my questions and provided a quote very quickly. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The estimate was very reasonable compared to others, and the repairs were completed promptly.
When we picked up the car everyone at the shop was pleasant and helpful. Our car has an unusual bright blue color that I was concerned might be hard to match but they did an excellent job with the paint. It looks great.
Hopefully we won’t need body work again anytime soon, but if we do I wouldn’t hesitate to call Chico’s again. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for quality repair work at a reasonable cost.”
