I talked to sales associates about the app during test drives and before taking delivery. That was not clarified. The navigation and cooled seats are probably not worth the extra money for the Black Edition Ridgeline.”

“A great shout out to parts expert, Jason Lyon on Saturday, Jan 17. Jason, in my opinion, went out of his way to obtain 2 new batteries for my 2004 Silverado 2500HD. Earlier in the day, during my first visit, it looked like he would not be able to get the batteries until maybe Monday afternoon. I told him to go ahead and order them then I left expecting that my truck would have to sit out on the driveway over the weekend. This model truck is highly sought after and frequently stolen. About an hour later, Jason called me letting me know that he had just gotten the batteries and that I could come pick them up. To say the least, I was supper pleased. You have a great employee who really cares about his customers.”

The only thing was, that it took a little longer than the expected date (21days)& enterprise called me questioning me about the rental & return date. This was the only thing I didn’t like. The work was amazing & worth the wait & I received text messages 3x a week which was the 1st that’s ever happened… so that took a lot of stress off my plate. If I could give some feedback, would be to provide full detailing like some of the other companies, especially for the price. Front desk & person who took the pics were super nice. “Most of the time I get quick oil changes and tire rotations done here. The only issue I’ve ever had was when my back windshield wiper on my 2022 Trailblazer needed repair, no one at the place knew how to replace it. So they accidentally broke it, but they bought a new one for me and replaced it for free. It was an inconvenience but they apologized about 50 times and made the situation right. I would recommend this place since they are usually fast and I don’t have a problem with oil and tire.”
