“I first found out about this store when I had a car battery that went dead. Someone gave me a quick jump and I went to a garage and they are the ones that told me that interstate battery would be able to replace my battery. From the time I got there until the time I left with my new car battery installed, it was less than 30 minutes. Since that time, I take my watches to them when the batteries die, and the salesman quickly replaces them with new batteries. If you have any batteries that you use for your garage door opener or perhaps your fan, remote, they have a large selection of those batteries that are always so difficult to find. I was there last week, and while a gentleman was replacing a watch battery for me, I found several very bright flashlights that also flash red or will stay solid red. I bought two of them for my son and his wife so that they can keep them in their glove compartment in case of an emergency. I highly recommend Interstate All Battery Center.”

“I am updating from a past review. Last year I had a couple of bad experiences trying to purchase from this dealership but they have since had a change in management and some team members. With that being said this place has made tremendous improvements on the way that they handle business and sales ethics. Every team member there worked very hard to ensure that I could get the very best deal that they could possibly offer even if it wasn’t easy. Every one from GM Kyle, John in sales, sales manager Rex, and jack in finance were a great team. If it wasn’t for this group of guys I probably wouldn’t have came back to this dealership, but with these guys hard work I would certainly say that if your looking for an ATV or motorcycle then you could definitely come see these guys and they will give you their very best!! “Based off a prior dealing here, and today, I am very happy with the staff's helpful attitude, their calm demeanor, and product knowledge. I found out the hard way I was going to need a new alternator, I barely made it home, the battery went dead just as I parked. I had bought the battery at Advance, on the advice of the Techs at nearby Brakes Plus, another place I trust 200% to work on my auto! So, I bought a whole new battery, to go along with the new alternator install job. I brought the dead battery to Advance for the core credit $22. But, listening to my story, the staff said Let us try recharging it, and put my phone # on the battery. They said Come back a bit before we close if we don't call (these guys get very busy, lots of customers) I arrived later, the old battery now was fully charged again, so I will keep it, instead of the $22. Really amazing to find honest & dependable repair people nowadays... You got Advance Auto Parts Rockwall, TX on your side!”
