It was a nice Hotel. Just the beds was small, I thought we was getting a room with Queen beds but they was full size, the elevator was really small

The rooms were decent. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. There was no shampoo and the shower screamed/whistled at me the entire time I had it on hot. The fridge's freezer was melting so it did leak water all over the floor. All of those things were so minor that it did not take away from my stay. Also, the breakfast was pretty darn good! The waffles came in the shape of Texas (just a cute little touch).

We reserved a king suite through Expedia. When we arrived we were told because we have a service animal, we would have to stay on the first floor, with only double beds. After asking if there were any other rooms, the desk agent recommended my husband and I sleep separately, because there are two beds. We asked for a cancelation, and was told our room was nonrefundable, even though we were being discriminated against for having a service animal and our room type was unavailable. We tried to get a refund thru Expedia, but they insisted it is up to the property and the property was not budging on giving a refund.
We have previously stayed at this same property with our service animal with no problems. Now we are out the hotel room cost and no one cares they weren't able to accommodate and paying to sleep away from my spouse is not an acceptable alternative to staying at a hotel that is able to accommodate our room type and preference. I talked with two desk agents and both refuse. I'm speaking to the property manager tomorrow to see what they will do to make it right. A bank dispute or lawsuit is my next step if the outcome is not in our favor.

The customer service as soon as we checked in has been horrible. The guy who works the front desk has overcharged our cards and yet alone lied to us about hotel policies. Be careful trying to stay here because he is not honest. And they put extra charges on your card without letting you know what’s going on.

The staff and location were great. The room was clean and comfortable. But the noise from other guests with children and the noise from Interstate 30 made it very difficult to get any sleep. I woke up at 3:00 AM on my second night, gave up on getting any sleep, and checked out to head home early from my trip. I wish hotels could have 'kid-free' zones for light sleepers like me.

BW Hotel in Rockwall is located along I-30 East. Very convenient to locate and accessible to the main highway to Dallas. It’s located .7 mile from a major shopping district with all kinds of restaurants and shops within a walking distance. It’s newly renovated and looks beautiful inside and out. Food is not the greatest and breakfast is scanty but the employees are very warm and welcoming.
Rooms: I was surprised at the quality of the rooms and the beds. I got two Queen beds and it was nice. I think people are smoking in the rooms despite the warm g because I smelled smoke throughout my stay in my room.
Nearby activities: There’s so much to do around the hotel. It’s possible to just walk around the malls and eat in nearby restaurants all day.
Walkability: It’s very accessible to a number of restaurants and shopping mall. It’s only .7 mile from stores like Ross, Kohl’s, Navy, Burlington etc.
Food & drinks: The breakfast is not the best but they have the basic stuff. I don’t eat breakfast but I went to take a look and I decided not to eat for the 3 days I was there.

Got the King Bed room with a Jacuzzi for $158 for 1 night .... Breakfast is open from 06:30-09:30....only reason for 4 stars is that the room wasn't immaculately clean .....it was pretty clean....
