“I’ve been here multiple times for rentals and they’ve always been so nice and gracious. They’ve ever helped me out with getting a reservation canceled at the time I picked it up due to schedule change and no longer requiring it. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.”
“We’ve rented vehicles from numerous car rental companies over the years, but the 1st time we rented a vehicle from the Budget Rockwall they treated us like family and we’re extremely honest and actually cared about getting us the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. That was over 10 years ago and Budget Rockwall is the only place we rent our vehicles now. But it’s not just us that Tina and Paula treat like family, they are friendly, fare and caring to every customer we’ve seen come into this Budget. And I can truly call these people my friends and good honest people! Thanks for everything Tina, you run that place like a well oiled machine! Your customer and friend! Cyndy”
“I have rented thousands of cars in the past 20 years for business purposes and I cannot recall a rental car team more professional than the team that is at the Hertz Rockwall location! Keep being who y’all are because it is a teams like y’all that make companies strive!”

“Very nice dealership to work with! Angel was great. It was a great buying experience. I’ve bought a lot of cars and while I didn’t intend to buy today I love the car and his no pressure and professional demeanor made me feel like I was making the right decision. Well done. Ask for Angel.”
