The delivery was quick, great and the associate was great. However, the car was not in the best shape pulls to the right. Returning the car I spent over an hour on the recorded message before getting to talk to anyone.

Excellent and fast costumer service, Christian in front desk was very courteous and fast, the entire car rental took less than 10 minutes
