CrossFit Heath has been a game-changer for me, transforming both my physical and mental strength in ways I never imagined. This gym isn’t just about lifting weights or sweating through WODs—it’s a community that pushes you to new heights, no matter your starting point.
The coaches are nothing short of amazing, striking the perfect balance between supportive and challenging. They break down the basics with patience for beginners while intense that push even seasoned athletes to their limits.
I’ve seen my fitness levels increase as well as my running times improve. You can also see the results, which is the best!
The gym is in a great location With lots of parking and everyone’s extremely welcoming
CrossFit Heath hasn’t just made me stronger; it’s redefined what I believe I’m capable of. Highly recommend to anyone ready to level up!

In the Fall of 2023, I began nutrition counseling with Jen when I became a member at CrossFit Heath. Jen offered a free nutrition challenge that I accepted and saw results in 4 weeks. Jen supported me as I embraced new, effective habits for achieving my weight loss and body fat goals. We established accountability through honest conversations in monthly meetings and weekly video check-ins. Even while on vacation, she checked on me. This kept me mindful of my new habits and made it easier to maintain and stay on course.
Jen's support of my nutrition goals, including better fitness, has resulted in 15 lbs. and 7% body fat lost. Staying consistent with Jen's support and ongoing accountability has been a most positive experience, and is the core of my success. Through accountability, I continue to form new goals for improved health and fitness. Jen expertise and personal interest in my ongoing success has opened a whole new world for me. Jen is fantastic!

CLASS ACT!!! Is what comes to me as I begin my journey with CrossFit Heath. The coaches are freaking awesome and so caring. They take their time talking you through it. There is no rush or pressure. They scale it down for you if it’s a must, but also challenge you. The motivation that not only comes from the coaching but the athletes as well, it’s phenomenal. You feel the love and welcome as soon as you walk in. Thanks Guys and Gals. I’m having a blast.

This is my second visit to CrossFit Heath and I am so impressed with the facility, coaches, and members. First class space and super friendly welcoming members. The coaching was top notch and I will be back anytime I am in Rockwall. I have been doing Crossfit for 10 years and this location is one of the very best I have attended, ever.

I’ve been going to CrossFit Heath for over 6 years now and they continue to be one of the best gyms I’ve ever been apart of. They treat everyone like family and the atmosphere continually breeds improvements in fitness and skill. If you are considering joining this gym, join! I started at the absolute bottom level of knowledge on CrossFit and they’ve taken me leaps and bounds from my starting point.

We dropped in to an 8:30 class at CrossFit Heath. We were welcomed immediately by everyone. The coaching was great. The facility was well equipped, clean and a great size. Staff and members alike all went out of their way to get to know us. There were even showers to get cleaned up after. We would definitely go back if we were back in town.

The coaches here are exceptional, prioritizing form and technique above all else. What sets them apart is their personable approach and knack for explaining complex movements in a way that's easy to understand. Excellent box and great for any age, ability, or fitness level. Focusing on fundamental modalities CF Heath works with members to build the necessary skills to complete complex movements safely and effectively. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, CF Heath is a fantastic place to learn in a fun, no pressure environment.
