Tom was very patient and after looking at several rings and not quite finding the right one, he showed me one I would not have looked at if he hadn't said "just try it on." I just loved it and ended up purchasing it that day! And what service they provide! It was sized while I waited for just 10 minutes and I have not taken it off since I walked out. “Professionalism starts here. I was given a fair exchange of money for the items I took into the shop. I was able to get in & out quickly. They adapt their techniques depending on the needs of the person. I was able to hear a small amount of the conversation that the person before me was having. It was an elderly lady she required a little more of a personal touch than I required. He adapt to her needs & spent the time she needed to hive her instructions. “I went to Claire's 4 years ago to get my first piercing. And I had been wanting a second piercing for a long time. I was going to get my second percing and I wanted the cheapest thing possible! I was going to get a sterling silver ball. But she informed me that I have thick earlobes. So that I should go another route. I was so glad that she wouldn't take advantage of me by letting me do somthing that would be a stupid. Just for thr money. So all that to say I recommend.Oh and also I have heard that people think your ears will get infected buy them. But my ears have never. They are also doing Nose piercing. So I recommend.”

“I had a broken bracelet that I brought in earlier this week. I needed it for my wedding by the end of the week and the staff was so friendly and also honest regarding it may not be done by the end of the week. I appreciated their honesty and still left the bracelet. I came back around noon today where they stated it wasnt done. I asked if the jeweler cant get it done today, do they mind shipping it to me. They stated they didnt at all. I get a call two hours later stating my bracelet was ready. I was super thankful to the staff for doing it so quickly as they really saved my outfit!”
