I stopped in with my girlfriend to find a new pair of shoes for her to wear while at work. She had recently been experiencing some discomfort after being on her feet all day and needed help selecting the right pair for her. Joe was able to explain which models he felt were best based on a 3D scan of her feet. Joe took care of us through every step of the process and listened and addressed our needs. We left with a pair of shoes and the knowledge that we needed. Joe is the best!

Customer service was on point! Simple phone call didnt even have to go into the store to shop they were able to hold my two pairs and picked up later that afteroon.

My dad and I have purchased our shoes at this location for years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. We have moved away from the area but since they keep accurate records, all it takes is a phone call and new shoes are on the way. Excellent customer service!!

This is by far my favorite New Balance Store. Every time I have visited this store the customer service has been impeccable. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and they take the time to make sure my needs are met. I just love this store and I highly recommend it.

Caring people who really make sure you have the fit that you need. Prices are high, but for feet like mine, I really need to be fitted into the right shoe to avoid knee and back problems. New Balance does that really well.
