I have had wonderful experiences here with having my dogs groomed. Hope is absolutely exceptional, and her kind demeanor and love of dogs are one in a million. She grooms them with care, and she takes her time to make sure they are happy and comfortable. My dogs have gone from feeling scared of the groomer, to excited and happy about a "doggie spa day" thanks to Hope.

The groomer really messed up my cat I got a bath and haircut which was 93$ and they did a horrible job to her the groomer who also answered the phone was really rude and didn’t want to interact with me they said that they couldn’t dry her hair because she was skittish and so they left her wet and my cat had to dry herself off. Need to speak to the manager!

We enrolled both of our puppies in the Puppy class with LaNaie. She was wonderful from the very beginning. LaNaie was full of wonderful advice for our dachshund puppies and we’ll be definitely be enrolling them in the Intermediate Class!

Check out is always extremely slow!!! Often only one check out station open!! Under staffed! Staff did not seem very enthusiastic about welcoming customers or very helpful. Shopped at this store many times and the same!

Worst place ever! People don’t know their Coorporarion policy. One told me that I needed to wait 24 hours after vaccines to be able to groom my dogs and when I get there after a 40 minutes drive another lady told me I the waiting time was 48 hrs. They messed my whole day because I have to cancel my dogs appointment and a doctor appointment that I have scheduled for myself and paid 75 dollars due to cancellation. They need to be better informed to be able to provide a good customer service and avoid this kind of situation with the customers. I’ll never go back there.

They have a good selection of items. The manager was so nice to give me a refund after my cat ate the clumping cat litter from there ans had to take her to the emergency room. Shes fine and i usually dont buy clumping because of that risk, just made a mistake. Thankfully they do offer alot more nonclumping options than other stores or websites

I paid for a complete bath for my dog and it was a scam, they did not cut his nails, they did not clean his ears, in fact, they did not even bathe him, they only applied something to hide the smell, it is a total scam, I will not take my dog again.

Went there on Sunday and no one was there (besides 1 cashier) to work or help. walked around 3x trying to find one employee to get a heavy crate from the very top of a shelf and ended up having to do myself. go somewhere else!! Customer service is a dying industry...

This is in regards to their trainer LaNaie. She is very difficult to deal with and combative as soon as I tried to check in. I had signed up for a training class for my puppy far in advanced, which at the time he was about a month old so that’s what I wrote down. The class says it’s for 10weeks old and up, which he would be by the time the class starts. I arrived at the location with his vaccination records and everything. She immediately tells me my dog is too young and the class is now fully booked. Even though I had signed up over a month in advance! They did not refund me and told me that because I had a deal and it’s ended now so they may or may not honor that deal for a different class. LaNai was incredible rude. Save the money and go elsewhere.

Was told not to bring my 5 pound yorkie. Back to the grooming area to get cut. Because he's scary and He was biting at the blowdryer. He was scared and I was told not to bring Him back if I could give 0 stars I would.
