“Was a smooth drop off! I had to spend $8 on packing tape, because they didn't have any I could use. That's my fault, but I'm use to postal services having complimentary tape. Will use again... and will come with my box taped close.”

2663 Market Center Drive, Rockwall TX 75032
“The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. Packing suggestions, freight choices, everything. Any issues with the actual shipping isn't on them, it's on FedEx. You can't blame a staff member if FedEx misroutes that package to Cleveland, OH instead of Cleveland, TX.”

3021 Ridge Rd #101, Rockwall TX 75032
“Lol Reviews are right. Cool alternative, especially since local post office closes at 4. Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service. Anyway, it is what it is. (Update) Night & day since my review. (different employee) I have been back several times in the past months. Victoria exhibits awesome customer service and is a pleasure to deal with.”
