“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”

I run a small business, and the owner here is always incredibly kind and genuinely helpful every time I come in. He makes scanning and shipping my packages so easy — no hassle, no attitude, just great service. It’s such a night-and-day difference from the post office, where bringing in even a few pre-labeled packages turns into a whole ordeal.

“Everytime I go to this store it is so quick and easy. From sending back returns or just sending something! The store is always clean and the staff is so friendly. The staff is also very helpful and patient when I have a billion questions and not knowing what I am doing when sending a package. I highly recommend this location. Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.

Instead, she stayed cheerful and made it feel like we weren’t a hassle at all. That kind of attitude says a lot about someone’s dedication to their work and how much they value their customers.

“Monique was very kind and helpful! Quick visit! It is difficult to locate the FedEx as the sign is on the opposite end of the Walmart from the location inside Walmart. The FedEx is accessed by entering the Market side doors of Walmart and the turn left. Again, it is NOT located on the store end with the FedEx signage.”

Joey & Yasaira are possibly the best team and kindest people to work with when getting your services done. I’ve gotten my live scans done in my previous promotions at my job and even past jobs and each time they’ve been so welcoming, patient, and kind. I even fixed up my passport process with them recently and they were so helpful in locating me with what I needed, how to get it, and even where to do it. I am a really easily stressed gal so when the process is smooth and easy going, I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks guys”
